Normally I love Carl's Jr but this visit there is a huge pot hole in the drive through I ran over . I ordered 3 burgers 2 fries... and an onion ring. When I pulled out I found they forgot the fries and onion rings so I had to go back around and hit thepothole again to get the rest of my order. When I got home my burger and onion rings were cold like they had been sitting aroundbecause I was there only one there when I ordered. Normally they are pretty good bit this visit not so great. Place is disgusting. 30+ flies in the lobby. Don't want to know how many were in the back of the kitchen. Food was soggy.... Bathroom is in poor condition and looks like it gets cleaned once a week. Employees look lazy, 3 of them were standing outside.Probably should've been cleaning. Wouldn't waste another dollar in the place. Was there about a month ago. Read more
This location is needs to be remolded and hire more staff. I normally go through the drive thru on the weekends but not anymore.... When I ordered my food, it took 32 mins to receive it after I paid and I don?t buy a lot. One time I gave a $50 bill and wasshorted $20. I had to go back in the drive thru and ask for the rest of my money. When I?m the only one there waiting for myfood, they as me to pull to the side of the building or by the door. This defeats the purpose of ?drive thru?. Also, as writtenbefore on the reviews, they need to clean the bird?s nest out. (see pictures) The manager before, Brandy, had it running verysmoothly and now that she left, it?s just a mess. They need to do something about these issues or just completely close. Read more
The store today had a catastrophic moment and two employees with out missing a beat picked up and ran the store by them selves... hopefully they get rewarded properly for there dedication to the store. I may have waited 30 minutes for my food but these twoemployees deserve praise. Read more
This Carl's JR. Was the most disgusting fast food experience I've ever had. Literally worse than a gas station bathroom. The... rest of the place wasn't much cleaner either. Coffee spilled all over the floors and sticky everywhere. My arm literally stuckto the booth behind me and every table was filthy. There is NO way this place isn't going to be shut down by the healthdepartment if they don't do something. Read more
The good: The food was good as always. The bad: The staff was sitting in the lobby, or hanging out in the parking lot out back... in between every order. Not cleaning not staying busy nothing. The ugly: This goes without saying if you have lazy employeesyou have dirty restaurants. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Picture the worst city park disgusting overused bathroom orthe worst roadside gas station, middle of nowhere restroom, and this one rivaled it. Summary: I wish I would have seen therestroom before I ate the food because now I wonder if the kitchen was just as disgusting as that restroom was. I've dined in and and went through the drive through and both times were quick and good. I've had things like cheeseburgers,... waffle fries, chicken nuggets, and sausage and cheese biscuits. Everything was good for a fast food restaurant. It had flavorand was hot. The veggies used were crisp and fresh. Our order was correct also. I'd go back again, great prices and deals too.The place was also clean. Read more
Service was good the food sucked and my Dr pepper was out of flavor. Instead of replacing the syrup they said I could just pick... another flavor. Yeah takes 2 minutes and I would have waited but the lady was obviously very lazy. Food was cold and I spent 45bucks. Not worth it. The hand breaded chicken sandwich was half the size of the bun.
