I ordered a chicken salad (I don?t eat pork or beef) at the drive through they make a wonderful salad. I have shingles and... needed some food. I drive on home set down to eat my first bite was just tomatoes and lettuce?s. My second bite was pork I wasso disappointed I had no dinner to eat. I called the number for the store so I thought but they route calls to a call center Iwas told they couldn?t do anything for me it would be best to go back and see the manager. I had/have Shingles the last thing Icould do was go back. I wish they would double check orders before they pass them out to us. Read more
I LOVE that they installed a drive-thru, but I wish they would have taken more care preparing my order. Two taco salads,... prepared to order without special requests, but the tortillas were doughy and it seemed like the salad was hastily thrusttogether. We were disappointed. Read more
Today I ordered online during a rush hour I did not know was going on. (while they were understaffed, bless these people!!) I... came in during my lunch break, but I HAVE NEVER seen Cafe Rio as busy as it was today!! Many orders were visibly piling up (keepin mind they have a drive through too!!) & I am amazed at how the workers kept it together. As time passed I understood my ordercould not be made in time, so I asked to come back later to pick it up after my shift. Once I came back, they made my orderfresh & upsized my meal (got a kids meal) They thanked me for being kind and patient. The quesadilla is delicious & I am beyondgrateful for the workers that are here. Anyone who is here to comment anything rude, show some compassion, they are all doingtheir best!!!! Read more
I recommend that you do not order online. I ordered online with a 5:30 pickup time. I arrived on time. My order was nearly half... an hour late. Meanwhile, dine in and drive through were able to get their food first despite showing up after me. I could notcancel my order without calling a 1-800 #. It was disappointing and the staff provided no reasonable explanation for thedelay. Food was good. Read more
It was very odd to have a place so packed and yet the food so mediocre. Kind of pricey for rushed food, and they charge you... extra for ranch, which is also odd. Steak is extra too. I paid $40 for two burritos and an order of nachos, and one was avegetarian burrito with only black beans as a protein. No sauteed peppers and onions. No other vegetarian options besides beans,and most of the sauces were not vegetarian. No fish either. And they put the lettuce and pico outside of the burrito? Such aweird experience for something other people seemed to like. Won't be going back, but they definitely won't miss me. Read more
My family loves the tacos here. We usually order the family pack and eat at home. It comes with a good amount of food for good... value too. The meat is always flavorful and good the beans and rice as well. We like the chips with queso and salsa too. Theveggies are always crisp and fresh. I loveee the tortillas they are soft and really good. Definitely a fast tacos place wechoose often. Read more
Love Cafe Rio! This spot specifically is very popular. They are quick and have good service. I had the chicken salad and it was... a 8/10 only because my tortilla was cold and harder than usual. But they do have the best tortillas when they are freshly madeand warm. You can't go wrong with a burrito, tacos or salad, they are all amazing! Try the green cilantro lime dressing ???? Read more
There's a girl that works the closing shift on Friday nights that has no customer service skills at all. She likes to argue with... you when you tell her you have food allergies. On top of that my doordasher calls me and tells me my food has been disposed ofbecause it wasn't picked up in time and they're closing and refuse to make me anything else. Read more
