Can?t do their job!! Ordered 15 wings through UberEats. UberEats did everything perfect! Wings came to us on time however they... were gross, didn?t have any of the sauces that we ordered, dry and looked like it came out of microwave. Called them and theytold us to call UberEats. Lol as if they were the ones that didn?t do their job. Called UberEats and got an instantrefund! Buffalo Wild Wings please hire people who have common sense! Lol Also tater tots were not cooked. This was my first experience at a place like this. I went in expecting to be disappointed. Then Jake, our server came about.... Jake was absolutely awesome! I got the wrap with the reaper(?) sauce. He warned me about how hot it was, then gave it to meanyway. Congrats to the corporate chef for the flavor. That was delicious, but Jake made my first experience f-ing awesome!Props to Jake! Easy to find location! When we arrived they weren?t very busy. Restaurant itself seemed pretty clean and well kept. Our server... was friendly but not very attentive. I didn?t really like was that my husband?s meal came out first and I was told that minewould take a while. I waited 10-15 minutes before getting my meal (for reference, he got wings with fries and I got a chickensandwich with no bun and fries). Also wasn?t a fan of us requesting the carrots and celery with ranch for his wings and theserver forgetting them. Overall it wasn?t a terrible experience but not very great. Read more
Really bad wings. Hadn?t been here in years, shocked how bad it is. These wings were supposed to be a dry rub but virtually... nothing stuck to them. The meat was like unflavored jerky. Service was slow, whatever kinda used to it since the pandemic, butdifficult to tolerate when the food is bad. Not going to return for a long time. Read more
If you like feathers this is the place for you! I mean, deep down we all know these places don't clean every little hair off of... the chicken, but a 2 inch feather?! And before I even got to the piece with the feather, the chicken was just extremely hard. Read more
They were on top of customer service. We got four different levels is wings. The Carolina Reaper being the last. WOW it is real!... Some what if a euphoric feeling when you consume that many scovilles. Enjoy! Read more
The only reason they get two stars is because the wait staff who served is was not bad. Ordered an appetizer before our food.... Ordered 10 boneless and 10 traditional with a side of fries to share with the wings. Fries came out first, then 10 traditional.At that point we cancelled the appetizer. Then we got the 10 breaded. The 10 traditional, only 5 of them were sauced the otherswere bone dry. Won't be back to this location. Read more
We loved all the food except their newer Mac and cheese. It came out looking not very great or appetizing, and it was a very... small portion for $6. It really looked like someone had actually eaten out of it! The staff were very nice and friendly!! Onesuggestion is that it would be great is if the TVs had the subtitles so we could see what they were saying when watching. Read more
