I have gotten nothing but attitude from one worker since I have started working at the mall and as a fellow mall employee that... is not how you customer service. You do not talk back to customers you do not argue with customers and you definitely do notroll your eyes and give attitude to customers that?s how you lose customers. I literally just was inside the mall for a pretzel lunch and they were closed. It's 11:15. I've been here twice now. UPDATE YOUR... HOURS. Google said the "Business updated the hours 2 days ago".
