Standard Arby's experience. Make sure to check your bags before leaving though. We went through the drive through a second time... after realizing we were shorted only to be told everything was there when they took the bags back through the window andchecked. We had a big order ($75) worth of food... the team tonight (August 5, 2022) did a super job completing our order. Kudos to the... team for also taking care of a walk up customer at the drive through window and not letting her go hungry. Read more

Absolutely love Arbys so decided to order lunch for me and coworker. The milkshake i ordered tasted like pure coffee which is... disgusting. My French dip didn't come with the sauce either which is very disappointing. Was looking for something that wouldtaste great but left me feeling even worse than not eating lunch. Read more
It was ok. I ordered something other than my usual "regular roast beef" and was disappointed. Brisket bacon beef dip was not as... good as I had hoped. The meat was dry and crunchy the dip tasted like hot brown water and was helpful to make the bread and meatmoist. I didn't order curly fries but I like them enough that I didn't go back to the drive thru for another 15 minute wait tohave them exchanged. I had originally headed to the location on Indiana because Google said it was the closest location to whereI was. Indiana was closed I found out by calling them after I noticed that the location looked under construction. The niceperson on the phone was nice enough to tell me the next closest location. Customer service at the drive thru window was good andthey were sweet to give my dog Lola a treat. Read more
We hadn't been to Arby's in a while..they have their fish sandwich right now and theirs puts any other burger/sandwich shop to... shame! Huge fish fillet, yummy tartar sauce, lettuce and I add tomato. Very generous and filling. My daughter got a market freshTurkey sandwich and it was really good! The bread was soft and the turkey was delicious. The crinkle fries are a nice changefrom curly fries. The valley location on Sprague is always clean, the food is fresh and tastes great and the staff are friendlyand professional. Read more
Always incredibly slow. Ordered one item, waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes before getting of line and getting out of... there. This is the closest one to work and home, so the only one I ever hit. And this is the case every other occasion I stop.Maybe don?t go if you only have a 30 minute break! Read more
