We arrived around 7:23 p. Ice cream machine was off for the night (no biggie as we weren't after it and we knew they closed... soon). Once at the window it was a minute before the cashier allowed us to pay and handed us our drinks. That's when it gotinteresting. 10 minutes go buy, no one comes to the window. We could see 3 people Another 5 minutes and cashier says sorry, weare doing things to order (something that should have been disclosed at the beginning, which would have resulted in us beingmore patient, as fresh is best). I'm not sure it takes 15 minutes to make a triple burger, a Maui burger, 2 large fries and afish and chips, but the food was good (I recommend asking for the Maui without the lettuce). Work on the customer service andperhaps you'll earn the other two stars. Read more
I'm impressed. Zip's was never my favorite but I needed a quick bite and this one was on the way. I walked in during the lunch... rush but the crew handled the crowd like a boss. Quick to take my order and just as fast to bring it out. The gal taking orderswas busier than a one legged soccer player but very sweet and friendly, making sure to wish everyone she served a good day. Itseemed as though everyone on the crew was happy to be there. As for the food, I ordered a chicken bacon swiss and it was prettygood. Read more
Horrible. Fries was limp. Dude in drive thru dropped my debit card on ground. got my sauce wrong and put sauces at bottom of bag... after food was already in bag. Then forgot my drink. Bacon on burger was limp like fries and cold. Well done guys and lady's.Last time ever. Read more
I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with this zips location. We ordered the 5 cheeseburgers and a tub of fries but wanted to... add bacon to all of them.. when we received them they all had lettuce and no bacon, the drive through person had asked if wewanted them remade we said yes please. When we pulled up to the window the gentleman handed us a bag of bacon.. we had to comehome pick off the mounds of lettuce and put our bacon on. It was just something simple and easy that could have been fixed. Read more
