START LISTENING TO DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS. We used to come here all the time and never had a problem. The last 10 times we have... gone there, they have messed up our order we?ve asked them to fix it the lie to us and say they fixed it. Normally I wouldn't rate this poorly, but in circumstances of particularly poor customer service. Upon arrival, at 11am, I found... the lobby door locked. I started to walk away when an employee came and opened it. I assumed the door was broken, but when Iasked he responded "No, we're still understaffed" in a snotty voice. There were 8 people, including him, working. Seems likeenough. He took my order, and got even more snotty when I said to go. Now, I get it, some dude just "forced" them to let him inwhen he could have driven through, but I needed the bathroom. Otherwise I would have driven. I pointed that out with an apology,like I had done something wrong, but that just made him more snotty. I'm very impressed, unfortunately. Read more
