I placed a mobile order today with customizations and some of them weren?t there. I went back in and everyone was so nice about... it! I get nervous when I?m not ordering on the app cause employees at other Taco Bell?s (never this one) have laughed at myorder and given me weird looks in the past. So needless to say I was a little nervous having to go in and re order but everyonewas so nice about it! Especially Alex and one other girl. I forgot to get her name. She deserves credit though! This place was amazing. I love taco bell in general, but what makes this one the best in my book. My twists fell off my tray at... my table and they replaced them and I hadn't even asked them too. Last night while ordering, the app crashed. Thought the order didn?t went through, so I drove to drive-thru and ordered it in... person. The next morning when I checked my email, it turned out even though the app crashed the order still wentthrough. Stoped by in person and told them what happened. This nice guy Ray listened to me and told me I could contactcorporate for a refund. Or they can just remake it for me. They made it right, even though it wasn?t their fault the appcrashed. The drive thru attendant was very rude! Didn't even acknowledge me while I was at the drive thru window! Guy with glasses and... facial hair! Once I was handed my order, I said "thank u sir" and he didn't say a single word! Great customer service.... not! Read more
This Taco Bell will always be my #1 location to order from. I am a regular and the crew knows and greets me everytime I come to... pick up my order. They are quick, polite, and are very professional which is nice to see in the fast food industry.
