It's a good place to get a late night snack! They're usually open till 2am so it's great for college students.

I only support this business because my friend works here and has GREAT customer service, way to go Lukas! However, I was... disappointed a few days ago when I came through with my younger sister and son. I left a review on the survey but it showed thewrong name on the receipt. An older lady by the name of Deanna was extremely rude. I asked her to change two things on my orderand she rolls her eyes and laughs and says ?now she wants this changed? I said ?was it an inconvenience that I asked you tochange two things?? I kept apologizing about it. I could understand if I was being blatantly rude, but I wasn?t and it wasunnecessary. Very disappointed with the cashier. She just stood there and looked at me for a couple of minutes before asking me if I was... picking up a mobile order. She has very poor customer service skills. Very bad at communication. Another customer stood andwaited 10 minutes for his food, which was sitting on the counter because people were too lazy to let him know. I have worked atTaco Bell years ago as a cashier, if I was just standing there doing nothing, I would have gotten into trouble. There is alwayssomething to do when it?s not busy. Its taco bell, there's only so much good and great you can get from them but i will say i typically only go to taco bell when i... know exactly what i want and what im going to get. The line is always stupid long at midnight at this location but i will sayservice is always fast and the food is consistent. I wasn't always a fan of Taco Bell but let me tell you what, that has definitely changed! Kudos to Northpoint and Airway Heights... on finding the key to a great establishment..... a happy staff! Hopefully these changes are company wide, if not, notes need tobe taken on how these stores operate! Fast food has a lot of rough days and yet we are consistently impressed how within such ashort time we can get knowledgeable, funny, and professional service along with amazing food!
