Subway workers are a hit and miss at this location. For example a girl named Connie has great speed and overall is a fantastic... worker. She's helped me many times. Yesterday I went in and was immediately reminded on why I need to stop going to thatlocation. The employee (Matthew) ripped me off by only putting on a FOUR pieces of turkey meat on a foot long thinking Iwouldn't notice. Not to mention he told another employee to down size a six inch sandwich for the woman in front of me. Read more

Hours are wrong the closed at 8 just a few minutes before I got there. There were even still customers waiting. And the sign on... the door says 9 so thry can't even seem to get their own hours displayed correctly. Read more

I hate giving places 1? but this subway on Francis in the 5mile area is really bad! My girlfriend had complained too because... they have refused to honor the coupons you get in the mail & unfortunately last week I experienced the poor service myself. Ialways treat people the way I want to be treated so Please and Thank you are used in all my engagement. The girl who made oursandwiches was in a rush but there was no other customers in line. When I asked for the cheesesteak she put the cold meat on &asked if I wanted it toasted, I said no & she proceeded to finish the sandwich. I asked are you gonna warm up the steak shereplied "I asked if you wanted it toasted". So I asked you serve the steak cold now? She replied yes & said I can warm it up ifyou'd like & proceeds to scrape the meat off to warm it clearly irritated that I wanted a hot cheesesteak sandwich. So I saidjust cancel it & just got my girlfriends sandwich. Immediately after leaving I called 2 different subways & they both confirmedthe meat on a cheesesteak is to be heated! I called back spoke to a manager & told them what happened & she confirmed the meatis heated too so the girl making my sandwich totally lied & the employee standing next to her never spoke up to correct or helpfix the problem. Also manager said they actually do except the coupons but it's an extra step they have to do, so instead ofdoing it they just refuse to except them! So since we live in the middle of 3 subways I'll suggest my neighbors & friends avoidthis location because after going back in the customer service is still bad very bad ???? ???? ???? Read more

The owner of this location has since called and explained his position. He agrees it is hard for a customer to know which... locations are honoring the national promotion, however Subway Corp. won't allow him to post a sign on the door stating so. Heapologized and offered to send me some free coupons, which I turned down. I'm not looking for free food, just an honest answer,which I believe he provided. I will continue to support this location after his phone call! I have gone to this Subway locationfor years now. Its always been great. The employee's are very nice and fast. This review is directed to the owner.I averagestopping by about once a month and usually spend about $29.00 or so. I stopped in today to take advantage of the February $6.00any foot long Nation wide promotion. After ordering 3 sandwiches and preparing to pay the young lady informed me that this atthis location the owner decided to end the promotion early due to not enough sales. My thoughts as a regular customer are I buythe sandwiches at regular price and don't complain. You as the owner should not complain when the sandwiches go on sale and thecustomer gets a deal. I have decided that I will no longer frequent this location. Do the math owner. $29.00 x 12 = $348.00 ayear lost from just one customer because you are too cheap to give your customers a deal when it comes by. Read more
