Ordered online for pickup. Was told order was ready so went to pick it up. Arrived and only 1 sandwich was made and employee was... working on the 2nd still. Had to tell him to put the bacon and avocado that I paid extra for to be put on the sandwich. Honestlymade me glad that the order wasn't ready so I could make sure he made it right. Finally goes to bag the cookies and was supposedto be 2 chocolate chip and 2 white macadamia. With the 15 extra minutes past when the order was labeled as complete I figure thecookies would at least be done. There was 1 chocolate chip, 2 macadamia, and had to take a raspberry cheesecake just to get mymoney's worth. Bonus points to the young man telling me he cared to work stoned. Must have thought it was fine since I was youngbut it's too bad that it made him unable to do his job. Read more
Only think I have to say is, Long lunch due to wait times. Why they only had one person working during lunch was bad planning on... the manager's part. But the food was still good. Read more
Wife and I chose this Subway location because it was en route to where We were heading and it's the best! Environment was clean... and comfortable. The main reason that this particular Subway is the best is because of Kevin's outstanding customer service! It's good to see someone enjoying what they do where it doesn't seem like a monotonous task. I can't say enough of how Kevinmakes the experience worthwhile and feeling like the next time you're craving Subway then that's the Subway to go to. Sayingthis for a second time...but We'll definitely be back again. The customer service was excellent and also the food. Read more
Ate here. Instantly got sick after halfway through my sandwich. Tried to go into the bathroom so I had somewhere to vomit but... they refused to let me so I vomited all over their parking lot. Next time, it will be in your lobby! There?s your nasty foodback! Also, worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Read more
They need better customer service. They could also put a smile on their face and try to act like they're enjoying their job.... I'll try a different Subway might be better people Read more
Had a 3 sandwich order that we ordered upon arrival. There were 3 people ahead of me plus they had online orders before,during... and after the 25 minutes we were there. Although a little frazzled they really did the best they could do! They both had goodattitudes despite being in the weeds! They are the only Subway open after 8pm and they should have a 3rd staff to do to goorders separately my opinion.. Read more
Honestly I wouldn't give this store any stars. I have never had good service going to this Hamilton store. 3rd try and I will... NEVER GO BACK! Tori the "manager" was completely rude from the time my kids and I walked in. I don't normally complain but shegot to me. Anything I wanted they were out of and she acted as if I should have known that they were out of those products. Iordered a ham and cheese melt and didn't hear what she said so when I said huh she rolled her eyes and said nevermind by thispoint I just wanted to get my boys fed so I bought what I thought I ordered and ended up with just a dry ham and cheese mess.Honestly I should have just eaten the week old pizza I just threw out over dealing with this store.
