Used to be awesome in the last 6 months it?s turned into garbage?outta bread half the time?today was open but locked even saw an... employee at the counter that just walked in the back when I got to the door no sign or or anything..another day stood there 15minutes while Someone was in the back I coulda made my own sandwich grabbed some chips and walked out they wouldn?t even hadnoticed?I don?t know what happen to the old crew but they were efficient and made the best subway sandwiches I ever had. Ordered online - that was a mistake apparently. Foot long chicken bacon ranch on Italian herbs and cheese, pepper Jack cheese,... olives, jalapeños, lettuce, toasted. *came on white bread, missing jalapeños, missing olives, not toasted. Foot long subwayclub on Italian herbs and cheese, pepper Jack cheese, olives, banana peppers, lettuce, ranch, Mayo, toasted. *came on whitebread, missing banana peppers, cheese, and got jalapeños instead of banana peppers, not toasted.. HOWEVER MY WIFE DID HAVE ALONG BLONDE HAIR IN HER SANDWHICH AS A BONUS. Foot long spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese? PLAIN for our kids. Theyactually managed to get this one correct aside from again giving us a sandwhich on white bread. Shocker. Called and the girl onthe phone said that I was told that they didn?t have Italian herbs and cheese when I came in? I told her no, I ordered onlineand walked in and grabbed our order off of the shelf. She said oh, well if you want to bring the sandwiches back, we can refundyou. I said no, our order is completely screwed up. I?m not driving 20 minutes back to the valley to take them back theirmistakes. She ended up refunding our order, which is appreciated but we are disappointed with the carelessness of the employees.The store shouldn?t be open if that?s how they?re going to conduct business.
