Was here 2/27/2021 just before 2pm and the dude working the counter (pretty sure he was the only one there) was seriously great... in every way a company and a customer would appreciate. He worked fast, handling the next person in line while the previousperson's sandwich was toasted. He upsold the sides - we normally get all raspberry cheesecake cookies, but those Reese's piecescookies are select - even helping us out when the freezee spilled. And he had a great sense of patience and humor while workingbetween sandwiches, taking a kid's order, waiting for us to make decisions, and just generally entertaining conversation. Madesure to put the date and time because I didn't want the receipt so I never got his name. No one answered when I called to findout so I couldn't properly pass on the praise, either. I ordered a 6 inch cold cut. All the slices of cheese are very small half slices. She didn't put all the meat that comes with... the cold cut. There was hardly any meat or Cheese on my sandwich and she charged extra for more. The girl working seemed moreconcerned with flirting with the customer after me. Read more
