So, this review starts from the ordering process, I ordered online, no big deal, the order was submitted at 10:40PM so although... a bit late still well within their "24 hours". This is where the problem starts, apparently their staff is just allowed toleave and "not work" in the middle of their shift leaving the location unstaffed. If this is the case, just let everyone knowthat this isn't a 24 hour establishment. Very deceptive hours on this location, and employee(s) with little integrityapparently. Read more

Do NOT order from this store! They have terrible customer service. I understand it's 6:40AM but what I experienced is... inexcusable. I ordered through the mobile app. I arrived early as they were about to finish my sandwiches. The gentleman, putway too much pepper than requested on my footlong. I corrected him and asked to remake my sandwich, he rolled his eyes at me. Hethen left the counter and the young lady, Khalila, finished remaking my footlong. No eye contact was made, her demeanor feltlike it was just to get me out of the store. After my sandwiches were bagged and I received my large cup, I went around to thetables to look at my 6inch sandwich. There was no shredded monterrey cheddar. I went back to complain and showed her my receipt.She unwrapped my sandwich and just sprinkled the cheese on top. When she returned it, her apology didn't feel sincere. I askedher if she could please remake the sandwich and melt the cheese, she just shook her head no at me. I will not be coming to thislocation and I suggest that others not waste time and money. They are so stingy with their Mets for me it's just too much bread and not enough meat to veggie ratio I don't eat àlot of... bread so and when you ask for more they charge you and then it's just ruins the whole thing if I were them I would focus moreon satisfying my customers so that you know they will be more likely to come back because people remember things like theaccomodations more then they remember what sandwich they even had when they were there . More money is gotten from returnvisits than sales that are daily and random customers and word of m Outh is free advertising so be generous and friendly andsee how much more you get from those kinds of practices. The service you give is your meal ticket . You want to be rememberedand spoken well about .
