Yesterday I got a flat tire while driving by this Starbucks, I know how "high class" Starbucks claims to be so I immediately... tried to call the store to let them know what happened and I would have the car fixed tomorrow (today). To my surprise Icouldn't call the store lol I had to call corporate, so I did, I had a very promising conversation with a man who assured me hespoke with the manager and my car would be safe for up to two weeks. This morning I went to change my tire and to my surprisethe car was gone and now I have to pay $300 to get my car back. Love love loving this new Starbucks! I couldn't have asked for a better location. I'm so glad they finally got a new one after... closing the one farther down on Hamilton a few years ago. Although I love the Baristas at the Ruby and Sinto store it was quitea drive for a coffee. And so far the workers here have all venn really great and they are super fast Read more
The food, coffee and service is good. However, when pulling out onto Indiana BE CAREFUL! There is a giant hole off the parking... lot exit where the curb and sidewalk are that our car just fell into and probably caused some undercarriage damage! We have seenseveral cars that have also fallen off this edge and gotten stuck. There is no phone number to call and report or complain! Read more
Absolutely LOVING this new Starbucks. It's the most perfect location for me, simce the took down the other one on Hamilton a... couple years ago and the one across from the college I was having to go way over to division, which I still love and still lovethe Baristas there. But so far this new one is amazing. Great location, great staff and great about getting my drink right.Thanks guys! Read more
The cold foam NEVER stays at the top and every other Starbucks says that this particular store is making it wrong. Then today I... went in and asked for ONE extra scoop if matcha power. My cup says 7 on the side. I asked them about it because it was way darkcompared to normal. Sure enuf the drink is completely loaded with Matcha. Can't call because the number isn't available and for$8.50 plus a dollar tip this is horrible service. Not to mention tje gals were talking and making other drinks that hen minewas the first order. Got a drip coffee from another Starbucks through the drive through, got in traffic and took a sip and it was cold. Hit up this... Starbucks on Hamilton and they corrected it with a fresh hot drip. Thank you so much. Read more
