Yesterday I got a flat tire while driving by this Starbucks, I know how "high class" Starbucks claims to be so I immediately... tried to call the store to let them know what happened and I would have the car fixed tomorrow (today). To my surprise Icouldn't call the store lol I had to call corporate, so I did, I had a very promising conversation with a man who assured me hespoke with the manager and my car would be safe for up to two weeks. This morning I went to change my tire and to my surprisethe car was gone and now I have to pay $300 to get my car back. Very frustrated with this whole experience and corporate willcontinue to hear from me. Read more

Love love loving this new Starbucks! I couldn't have asked for a better location. I'm so glad they finally got a new one after... closing the one farther down on Hamilton a few years ago. The food, coffee and service is good. However, when pulling out onto Indiana BE CAREFUL! There is a giant hole off the parking... lot exit where the curb and sidewalk are that our car just fell into and probably caused some undercarriage damage! We have seenseveral cars that have also fallen off this edge and gotten stuck. There is no phone number to call and report or complain! Read more
