I have used both the drive-thru and café plenty of times and all the baristas are kind, quick, and knowledgeable. Great and... FAST drive-thru to go through before you head downtown or head out of Spokane. Read more
I was a little disappointed that there wasn't anyone in a mermaid outfit at Starbucks. I think that everybody should have to... wear mermaid outfits. Not just at Starbucks but in general. Other than that it's the second best coffee in the world and I'mstill on the search for the first. Read more

They always make you feel welcome, they will get to know your name, and theywill be a shining light in your day in a way that I haven?t experienced with any local shops.
