Kinds small... but the staff was nice... even when they had to close the sitting area at 3 in the afternoon.

I reference Texas because where I?m from in the south, manners are everything. I?ve been getting coffee here after the gym for a... couple months now and the ladies who work at this facility in the mornings are more than your average barista. They are so kindand have such patience. I look forward to my blond roast from them everyday because they have a great way of ensuring thecustomers feel like friends. They remember my voice, they know exactly what I want, and even when the weather is different theycould predict if I was gonna get iced or hot. ???????? that?s service done right. I am six months pregnant. I have very specific things that bring me joy. Two days after Thanksgiving, decorating brings me joy.... I wanted to make the most of it by having a Christmas Starbucks drink and the best part, a cranberry bliss bar. My husband droveme to two Starbucks who just wanted to break my heart. I was ready to just be sad, and then called the Starbucks at the Y justto see if it was worth the drive. Heidi answered the phone and made my Christmas dreams come true. I was going through the drive-thru and Aria recognize my voice and new exactly what I ordered I was going to give her a $5.00... tip but she told me that Starbucks don't do tips on card. I really recommend you to visit this this Starbucks. Read more

Got our drinks,, but then waited and waited for our breakfast sandwiches. Batista said "They are working on it." Finally,... asked the gal I placed my order with. She said, "Oh, they are sitting down here with the mobile orders (opposite end of thepickup counter). Not sure why she couldn't remember I was a walk in. I was the only customer inside. Now we are on our wayhome eating cold sandwiches. Very disappointing. Usually much better service. Read more

This Starbucks seems to always have the LONGEST wait for anything that is ordered. Tea iced tea? 15 minutes...what?! Even if its... a fresh brew it shouldn't take 15 minutes. There wasn't anyone else in the drive thru, and only 1 customer in the store. Thisisn't the first time, and I won't be back. I'd rather drive out of my way...it would be faster. Read more
