This coffee shop started out fine, the employee was sweet and sociable. Didn't stay long enough to check out the bathrooms. The... decor is so not my cup of tea (old and rugged), and the light cover had webs - downtown's shop is very nice. Still, what I justwent through here nothing can make my frustration go away but time. I really wasn't surprised after the fact b/c I hadunpleasant experiences at their downtown location like twice and now this Garland location, sadly...b/c I believe only Starbuckscan make you miserable. I ordered and all was well, then a man w/two boys just totally out of control comes in, they startswinging on bars kicking the chair to my table and the chair hitting the table. I'm patient, delusionally believing the Fatherwas going to handle the boys or the employee at least make the Father aware...but no, of course not! After enduring this forseveral inappropriate minutes, one of the boys started to scream as in throws a fit, but the Father still does nothing andliterally comes to sit near me...w/the entire section available that was nearly empty on the other side, he chooses to sit whereI was - I gathered my stuff and left my freshly paid tea on the table! On the positive side I ended up finding a fantasticcoffee shop on the same street and it was a nice experience. Read more
Rocket is a beloved Spokane Staple no matter which location you try but this Location in the Garland business district beats... them all. The location is ideal with all the seating you need, the ambience is second to none and the staff are just plainfantastic. Try the chorizo breakfast burrito! Great coffee, chill inviting space, good food, perfect place to bring a book oryour homework. Read more
Lovely local cafe that's been a staple of Spokane for years. Great coffee and baked goods. I'm partial to the scones. Good spot... for breakfast or lunch. They have a couple locations in town. Read more
Been coming to this location for years and I never had a bad experience. Rocket is great and the atmosphere here got me through... many a college study session, not to mention the great coffee. Also do yourself a favor and get a warm cinnamon roll, they'reamazing. Read more
Why would you go anywhere else to get a good cup of coffee or better yet, a delicious treat like banana bread, a cinnamon roll,... triple berry scone or many other treats. Keep it local with non-chain businesses like ROCKET BAKERY. Read more

The coffee is always good, quick, and well prepared -- and it's never too sweet like so many other coffee joints in town.... Additionally they have great baked goods and quick breakfast items as well. Finally, it's a great place to not only enjoy a goodcup of joe and a snack, but also provides a nice, quiet atmosphere and good wifi if you want to get some work done while you'rethere. One of my favorite spots in town for these reasons. P.S. the staff are always very sweet, accommodating, and friendly.Can't recommend them enough! Read more
