The food I ordered was delicious and the servers were really helpful. Overall a good experience!

Good was good. Service was slow and there were not many customers. We waited 5 minutes to be greeted and the lobby was empty.... Seated us and took our drink order, delivered drinks, we waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken after that. Once our orderwas in, the food came quickly. Had a great experience at this location on July 4rth. It was VERY busy and our waitress took very good care of us! However, the... only reason I give the 4 stars instead of 5 - is because our refills were very slow in coming, but that's understandable givenhow busy they were. This place is ran like a well oiled machine. They were so busy, almost every table was full. We got such great attention from... the waitress. They food came out quick and hot! Drinks were refilled before our glasses were empty. Restroom was clean. Everystaff member was super friendly. We were in and out of there in less than 30 min. Read more

We waited 3 years to come back to a Red Robin. Never again will be be back to any Red Robin. Worst service ever. Waited 1 hour.... Had people seated AFTER us get their food. When we asked about that the manager told us that's just how thier system works. Sothey have a system that decided what gets made when and they have no control over it. When my husband asked for a knife(utensils) the manager said you have to ask for them. You have to ask for utensils in a sit down restaurant now according tohim. We had our son with is. No children's menu either. By the time my food came in I was no longer hunger. Never will beback. Edit to add: when we sat down I had to clean the table it had been hastily wiped down with a ton of water. I cleaned anddried it. The children's Mac and cheese was so gross. It was so funny. My son who loves all things mac and cheese said it wasgross. We ended up getting him a hotdog on our way back to the car and he said " this is way better than that imposter Mac andcheese." Read more

Food was alright. Our server didn't really seem too impressed with her job, then again it was about 2 hours from closing so... maybe she was just tired. She seemed very annoyed with basic requests like napkins and eating utensils. I did love their artwall! Read more

By far the worst experience I have had at a Red Roin. We ordered on a 3rd party app for pick up with a gift card. The 1st time I... drove 20 mins to getto the restaurant I received the food in a timely manor. After drive 20 mins home I than realized they hadforgotten a burger. No biggie it happens we are human. I drove back and management made it right. After driving home I sit downto enjoy my whiskey tavern burger after opening up my burger box I than realized not only did my BBQ burger have no sauce butwas also burnt to a crisp. McDonald's actually made a better burger for about $14 less. I would avoid going to this location forthe future. I will be driving to the Northside location from now on.
