We ate here on a Monday night and the wait time is about 20 -25 mins from the moment we got seated to the time we got served our... drinks, so it wasn't too bad of a wait . Our waitress was also very warm and friendly. The kids enjoyed their meal with theirbottomless fries and bottomless freckled lemonade. Hubby and I also enjoyed our meal which was an Avo-Cobb-O salad and aWhiskey River Bbq burger along with our cocktail drinks. Mess up with a great waitress. We came for happy hour! Finding out red Robin doesn't do happy hour. So we were a little bummed. ... My wife, daughter, and I decided to just have dinner. Our waitress was extremely busy but still very personal. When our foodcame out my meal was spot on. My wife and daughters were completely wrong. Our waitress apologized up and down but we made lightof the situation and joked about it. Moments later she brought out the correct order. She was so sweet she gave us the extrameals free and felt so bad gave us a big discount. The food was ok but our waitress was amazing I wish I could remember hername. Red Robin you have some great staff who truly care about making folks happy. I hope you take care of your employees! If itwasn't for her I probably would have walked out. Overall great night out! Went in on a Sunday afternoon, they were PACKED, we were a little worried it would impact the service, it did not. We waited 4... minutes to be sat, and we were placed at a freshly cleaned booth. Our waitress was perfectly attentive, bringing refills momentsbefore we emptied a drink, and remembering each sauce that was asked for. She was like a whirlwind through her section, makingsure every table was well cared for, it was impressive. Food came out quickly and prepared as asked. Read more

We haven't been to Red Robin for a long time. We had a Banzai Burger and a kids Mac n Cheese. Super yummy! I was so excited to... eat, I forgot to take photos of the food before we ate it so I'm including pics of the aftermath. ???? We love the bazillionsauces they offered us with the fries. Don't be afraid to try the Scorpion Chile Sauce. It's pretty toned down from a trueScorpion chile salsa. The service was great, staff really friendly. We'll be back. Read more

We usually have a really good experience here but today was bad. I got half way through my chicken sandwich to find it was RAW!... I am really hoping I don't get sick. My husband also ordered some dipping sauce TWICE and they still never brought it (not asbig of a deal but still annoying). This was our first experience at this location and it wasn?t great but it wasn?t terrible. It was about a 15 minute wait to get... seated, there were multiple dirty tables that were unattended for quite some time and the booth we were sat at wasn?t reallywiped down or cleaned beforehand. Before we ordered drinks, a guy came rushing over with a kids juice and float that we didn?torder and when we explained that they weren?t ours he was noticeably irritated. Our server was new but honestly tried her best.She seemed kind of timid and not used to being around customers, which comes with experience so no biggie. Our food was greatand we had no issues. There seemed to be different positions for different duties. If we asked for a refill to the guy whobrought the drinks to our table, he said we would have to ask our waitress even though he was the one who always brought ourdrinks. The server literally just took our food order. There was a different person who brought the food, drinks and bussed thetable. Not terribly impressed with this location.
