This was a new experience for us and I'm so glad we went! Comfortable feel, friendly and helpful staff. The Ethiopian Iced Tea... was perfect for a warm fall day! The beef sambussa were amazing - so flavorful, cooked perfectly and perfect app portion size. Two of us shared the meat combo - it was delicious and a very generous portion. We will be back for sure!! Food was incredibly delicious! I went there with a friend for the first time today. We are very happy to have been curious... enough to try it. Johannes, was also very friendly and even a woman who I think was either the owner or the chef (maybe both!)went out to ask each table how the food and the experience was so far. Absolutely recommended! Read more

There are restaurants you go to, eat, enjoy, and leave. Then there are restaurants you go to, are welcomed into, partake in a... cultural experience, feast, and leave feeling as though you had an evening at a friend's home. Almaz makes you feel like an oldfriend. We ordered two combo dinners along with two orders of samosas. Everything was delightful and packed full of flavor.Adding to the magic was the consistent service and hospitality during the entire experience. Thank you Almaz for the excellentEthiopian meal and for making us feel welcome. We absolutely loved the meal and stories! Read more

Everything was delicious flavored and spiced/seasoned well. We had the sweet potato fries, the veggie sambosa, and #12 and #13,... as well as the iced tea. I would of liked more attention paid to refilling beverages but that's the only thing. Read more

Get ready to get your hands dirty, TRUST me it?s worth it. One great thing about this place is that no matter what is on the... plate, I get overwhelmed with a taste of great flavor. The 37$ veg and meat dish was just enough for 2. The flavors and thesmell gets you a little taste of Ethiopian culture. Read more

I love Ethiopian food so, my review may be biased. Almaz, the owner, will welcome you as though you are in her home and one of... her family. In Spokane, this is a one of a kind experience. The food is so flavorful and fresh. Whenever given the choice,Queen of Sheba is my pick! Read more

Step inside Spokane?s historic Flour Mill and there you will find a food gem, serving far more than authentic Ethiopian cuisine.... The owner, Almaz, born and raised in Ethiopia, connects with her customers, and exudes an aura of caring for people by cookingher native cuisine. If you?re not in a rush, and and can soak in the vibes of Queen of Sheba, your heart and food soul willleave happy. Read more
