This is my second complaint about the service at this location. Every restaurant is suffering worker shortage but Qboda is not... handling the communication with customers well. This specific location continuously closes their lobby, prevents walk-ins, andrestricts ordering to online. This would not be an issue if the quality of online orders did not differ from inperson orders.These restrictions to the standard service are not consistent and unknown until I drive to the location and read a written noteon the door, door is locked. In order to still eat Qdoba I then go back to my car order online then wait 15 minutes before I amallowed inside to pick up my food. If I was allowed inside to order in the first place I would have been on my way much sooner.It would be understandable to restrict customers from eating inside, it is not understandable to restrict walk-ins. We visited the Spokane area for a wedding and were taken to Qdoba for lunch on an outing after the event. The food was very... tasty and plentiful for the price. The food and proportions were very similar to the Chipotle Restaurant menu of which I amfamiliar. I am from Southern California, so my take on Mexican food is somewhat spicier. I'd classify the burrito I had moreas fusion. Read more

Good food and ingredients, this location usually gives decent portions. Staff can be a little hit or miss, sometimes there's a... bit of a wait for stuff but never more then 15 minutes. Read more

The workers are great but the manager needs to schedule more people to work. We waited a bit of time but the experience in the... end was amazing because of the attitude of the employees we will be back however I hope that the hiring manager sees this andhelps their team out. Read more

Just spent $60 on delivery and they messed up my order. Said they can refund the messed up product or I CAN GO TO THE STORE TO... PICK UP THE CORRECT ITEMS. I ORDERED DELIVERY BUT I HAVE TO PICK UP YOUR MISTAKE??? I guess I'll take the refund and just noteat tonight. Ill never be ordering from you guys again. Ps, my kid didn't get her brownie either but I'm not gonna call back andcomplain again over a $2 brownie. Im just gonna eat elsewhere for now on. Read more

This location never seems to have enough employees. And is always late with my mobile orders. I doubt I will ever return to this... location. Not only did they not have my order ready but they didn?t even give me the correct meal I bought and the quality andtaste isn?t that great either. Make this your last resort for Mexican. Oh and to top it all off I was over charged when theirsystem didn?t process my online payment and my order had to be charged when I arrived to pick up my order. Read more

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I just ordered an Uber eats delivery from this location and what I received was awful.... I wanted to get a nice lunch for me and my daughter to have at home. My part of the order came out totally fine. I ordered akids meal for her. Nachos, you know the dish that comes with chips? I didn?t receive those it was just a bowl of the toppings. Idid not get the apple sauce or the milk. The packaging was careless and literally gross. The cookie I ordered was at the verybottom. Smashed and not even completely wrapped touching the bag and the bottom of the bowls. ???? her lunch was ruined. At thevery least you should ruin mine and not my daughters kids meal.
