We come here weekly since my work is a couple minutes away. Love the food, but not the service. Today we waited a long time... before someone even acknowledged my husband and I. Then Alexis was short when I said I wanted extra tortilla strips in my saladand then slid my salad across the counter and walked away without a word. Not the kind of service I would like on my lunchbreak. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her day. Read more

Went there and I noticed a lot of their food is dry at times when going there and also their cheese looks like cottage cheese... they need to mix it better for their chips and cheese that you can buy as an extra. They need to mix that cheese a little bitbetter it was like eating cottage cheese literally with my chips it was quite disgusting. I will not be back until they fix thatproblem. And the food is getting dry looking I think it's a good idea to remove it cuz it makes people not want to come backthere nobody wants to eat dried up food. Read more

I typically do not write reviews, but with the slew of awful customer service recently, I've decided to say something. I never... eat here, and now know I won't need to bother in the future. We were greeted....well, actually we weren't greeted. I came in toreturn some buffet supplies that QDOBA told me to bring back after our event, and they would offer a free meal with the returnof the supplies. I asked upon returning, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said they don't do that.Yet.....no one talked to me about it. The young man at the counter just shook his head and mumbled something I couldn'tunderstand. I shook my head. He shook his head. We were getting nowhere, but I got the impression he wouldn't take my banquetsupplies. Odd........ We never were greeted. Decided to stand there anyway and order. Eventually had to ask someone to cometake our order. I could not hear or understand the young man helping us. I asked my daughter if it was just me....nope, shecouldn't hear or understand either. I looked for support to the 2 other workers staring at me from the back. They stared back.It was a bizarre encounter. I felt like I was really putting these people out by stepping up to their counter and buyingsomething in their store. Weird. Most of the food was out (mind you it was about 4p), or very well picked over. Nothing lookedfresh. It tasted as good as it looked. The table was dirty, sticky, and half the lights were out. Truly.....I thought I was inthe twilight zone. We ate half our unappealing meal, and left. I asked my daughter if I was processing what just happenedcorrectly.....she concurred. I took my banquet supplies (because they wouldn't take them) to my car and drove off into thedistance. I'll never go back. Ordered nachos via GrubHub on Wednesday. Everything was perfect. Ordered same exact thing today. Far from halfway good. Maybe 7... or 8 pieces of half burned half raw chicken. Everything was cold. (That was driver's fault). But the final kicker was the amountof chips for the nachos. Or extreme lack of I should say. I wanna love this place, but the constant inconsistencies are whatcould ruin a place like this. Maybe better training is needed? And maybe instead of throwing out blanket apologies to all theunsatisfied customers at this location, you actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I've read quite a few reviews from this location,and it's clear that there is no clear sign of leadership or work ethic. Read more

I usually don?t write reviews, but this was pretty bad. Ordered online, order said it would be ready at 6:41pm? we showed up at... 6:48 and our 3 burritos and 1 bowl weren?t started yet. 3 got finished around 7:00 after sitting in the store for almost 15minutes. The last one sat half made until almost 7:20, about 30 minutes after walking in. It wasn?t very busy? The bowl wasmissing queso, and we didn?t get napkins or a fork in the bag. So now we have 3 lukewarm meals and 1 hot burrito? I?m sure theywould be delicious if they were warm. Read more

I love Qdoba's food, but the customer service at this location was awful. I got the feeling that the staff was annoyed at the... customers and nobody seemed like they wanted to be there. Service was very slow, as well. After I paid, I was waiting for her tohand me a receipt and the girl laughed at me and told me, "You can leave now." I felt so embarrassed that I didn't even explainwhat I was waiting for before walking away. Even though I love Qdoba's food, there's no way I would support this kind of servicein the future. I used to come here a lot, but the service and food quality has gone steadily downhill. I went there tonight, and got big... attitude from the woman helping me, like I was putting her out helping me. She was the employee with lip rings. She was verycranky, threw my bowl on the counter and was generally unpleasant. Also, I can deal to a point with cranky employees, but thefood has become horrible. The beans have ZERO flavor, the meat I won't eat because it looks like it's a week old, the guacamolewas all brown. You all need to season the rice and beans. They are boring and disgusting. They used to be delicious. This isalso a problem at the Grand Boulevard store. Also frustrating is the fact that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this store the drinkmachine is out of pretty much every drink. This is the only restaurant where I have experienced no drinks in the drinkmachine. Anyway, I would really like my money back for the food I got today because I took a couple bites and just threw it awaybecause it was nasty. I won't be spending my money at this location or the Grand Boulevard location again. I've also gottenattitude at that store, including walking out because they were out of so much food despite it being dinnertime. Read more
