Was a "go to" for me as a vegetarian. Ordered all kinds of things, spent alot and tipped well. As of late there has been a whole... staff change. I?m normally a very big supporter of Qdoba and specifically this location. Today was the absolute worst I?ve ever seen it. My... family came in at 4:30 before the dinner rush and the place was disgusting. The floor was nasty, every table is nasty. Thebathroom was even worse. Our food was also the worst I?ve had. Almost everything was ?out? and so our bowls that we ordered hadbarely any food in it. My sons meal was also forgotten and we had to remind them to make it. Overall super bummed that we can nolonger eat at this location in fear of us getting no food poisoning. Read more
The food was fine but the restaurant was filthy. The floors were filthy, the tables were filthy . Makes me concerned that the... food prep area was also filthy because they obviously do not care about cleanliness. I mentioned when we got there that thebathrooms were also filthy and no toilet paper , my husband said the same in the Mens room , went to use it half an hour laterand still none . We got here 45 minutes after they opened so it?s pretty obvious that it was never cleaned the night before . Infact hard to tell when the last time it was actually cleaned . Gross!! Read more
Every time I come for an Uber Eats order the dining and kitchen are filthy. They don?t seem to clean the floors or wipe the... tables and counters often enough. The staff always takes their sweet time making orders causing most delivery drivers to waitfor unnecessary amounts of time for some simple orders. Also, nearly every time I go they are all out or short on certainingredients. I will no longer be picking up / ordering from this place. Read more
Would give zero stars if I could... you can tell they are short staffed but even the cashier just sat there when 9 customers... were waiting on their food... we online ordered and everyone in line was first priority. We wait 40mins for our food to finallystart to be made. Our food was posted to be ready an hour earlier than that. They even prioritized online orders that had notbeen waiting nearly as long as us. I had reviewed this location once before, my mom and I have been customers for years and have never had problems with this... location until recently. When I had left my last review the manager Kai approached my mom saying ?I know what your daughter did?and asked if she would like to see a screenshot of my review. Which is extremely unprofessional. This location is always out offood. Today, we called to see if they had all of the ingredients and they said they did so we put in a mobile order. Instead offlour tortillas, mine came on corn. They also never open on time, so if you plan on getting lunch, make sure you call. They?reunreliable to be on time, and when you call they?re unreliable on being honest about what ingredients they?re out of. Edit:today they were out of chips and queso, so they gave us salsa and wouldn?t reduce the cost, even though chips and salsa ischeaper. ANOTHER edit, the past couple weeks the ground beef has tasted and looked extremely old, and today when i order on ubereats i paid 8.06 for chips and queso and they didn?t even give it to us. when i called the guy said they were out. if that?s thecase then they should?ve given us salsa or something. so tired of this restaurant Read more
Ordered my 1st catering order today While the food was all good and ready within a few minutes of arriving. We were disappointed... in the small amount of lettace. Also mainly disappointed that I was given no serno to heat or keep food warm. When I called toask if I was missing some since it was advertised. I was told it was not in stock and didn't come. As a catering option thisshould be something you tell guests when they pick up or find a different supplier. Read more
My first time ever going to a Qdoba. I was excited to try a new place and hopefully have some good food! I had to leave shortly... after my arrival to this location because both the lobby and kitchen were covered in food & looked very dirty. The floors lookedextremely dirty and none of the tables were cleaned. I felt very uncomfortable eating here due to how dirty it was. There wasonly one person in front taking orders and making food and he wasn?t even wearing gloves. I do not recommend ordering from thislocation, it may be unsafe. Read more
