I have been ordering from Pizza Rita for over 20 years. The new owner has stopped honoring their 50% off coupons. They have good... Pizza but it is not worth the full price. I will no longer be ordering from them. Read more
Been coming here for for a little over a year a half and have been rarely disappointed up until the dramatic price increase and... drop in service...they should at the very least come up with a loyalty program or something. Other than that pizza is great, oneof my favorites in town. Unfortunately I will have to visit less now that inflation has taken hold of this establishment aswell. Read more
Rita's Real was good though not quite the same taste. Crust undercooked by a few minutes and less risen than original PR crust.... Ordered online and the ancient 90's era dial-up style site never indicated order was transmitted nor was a confirmation emailreceived. Had to call, and order was late. New management must spring for better order site and let the dough rise and cook piecompletely. Driver was great.BTW, we are customers since PR first opened. Read more
Customer service is a priority for these people! If you're looking for a gourmet pizza for a good price, this is the place. I... recommend the Rita's Real pizza. However, they have a 5 pound pizza as well, if you like every topping that they have on it.Lol. I go here all the time! I always tell people I don't like pizza. In fact I would never buy it myself and only have a piece when offered to be polite.... But apparently "I DO LIKE PIZZA!" I had simply not been offered any Good pizza before. Now I tell people I don't want any pizzaunless it's from Pizza Rita, (or one other place, but that's another review) I give Pizza Rita 5 ?'s and a big thumbs up. GreatPizza!
