I ordered today. The pizzas looked like they had been flipped upside down in the box. There is so much grease, it went through... the top of the box and the bottom of the box. Taste? A cheap version of pizza hut. Sauce was sweet. Definitely not worth themoney. Read more
I'll never order form them again over 20 years iv gotten pizza from them there's a mix up on my order and they act like I was... trying to get a free pizza or something manager immediately gets defensive . I will state they didn't charge me for the otherpizza and I had no problem paying for it. But said they read it back to me acting like it must be my mistake. I say I'll just dosomething else . But call back just to explain because I don't want any bad blood because they iv been ordering from themforever Manager says I don't fill like being talked down to and hangs up with!!! Ive lived in Spokane for almost 20 years. This pizza chain has always been up to par or better for me. Very recomendable. Note:... I have an enzyme sensitivity. Pizza usually gives me a headache, but not a Pizza Rita. Read more
Not even close to what this place used to be since the new owners took over. Deals are gone....prices are up. We supported Pizza... Rita because it was a local business with attention to customer service--the new owners clearly do not share the same values.The website interface for online ordering is no longer user friendly ("if it ain't broke...don't fix it")....deals and pointsthat kept loyal customers coming back are gone (if it ain't broke don't fix it") and someone seriously needs to deep clean thepop machines....very little carbonation with a flat stale tasting product means you've got some serious sanitation issues. Haven't been to this place in about 6 years id say a minute, the pizza was pretty good chicken bacon ranch is definitely one to... snag up same with the bread sticks. As most locals know they do have a unique taste in there crust that some love and some hatebut to me thats a flavor i crave forgot how much utill this lat visit, I'll have to support the local spot a little more then ihave lately! The inside tho was not pleasant to be in felt really humid on a hotter day so waiting outside was an option for mei almost feel it should be redesigned for some more outdoor seating it would be an awesome lunch spot for some! Good pizza. We've been ordering delivery for 25 years. Tonight will be our last pizza. New ownership has eliminated the coupons.... BS. I can get a better pizza at Round Table for the same price. Good luck. Read more
I want to start by saying that this establishment is no longer local and is based out of Yuma, AZ. Spokane's beloved pizza chain... was bought out 4 months ago and it shows. You are better off ordering from a national chain for delivery than these guys. Ifyou order online and the deal isn't applied to the food in your cart you will not be not be refunded the difference. Uponcalling the store and asking the manager to apply the buy 2 get 1 free pizza coupon to the order we were told "NOPE". I'm notgoing to discuss the taste of the pizza or wings on this review. If you read this and continue to order from these clowns youdeserve you're mediocre expensive meal. Read more
