I don't know what it is about their pizza, but I love it infinitely more than Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut has also burned me too many... times by getting my order wrong, and the folks at Pizza Pipeline do fantastic. Their sauce is a nice thick type, and has alittle kick to it, and I think it's safe to say I'm addicted. Thank you so much guys. Read more
I love this place but this last time we went with a gift certificate from my wife's work and they wouldn't honor it but only... after ordering and waiting to be told sorry we don't take gift cards...I give props to the staff but as for the owner truly badbusiness to offer a gift card program and not have the service available at all your locations... this isn't a boycott thebusiness post it's a buyer beware post I guess... almost every time we order a pizza they throw bacon bits on it (we dont want baco-bits) and its is rarely what we ordered, lol.... for example- we get pesto chicken with jalapeño and we get pesto chicken with bacon and no jalapeños. then if we schedule adelivery for a certain time it has twice been delivered a good 45 min before when we are not home (and cant give them atip). your pizza is okay, and you are local which we wanna support but im convinced you?re all stoned and really like bacon.might be time to get more organized. Pizza pipeline use to b my favorite pizza place I use to give em a 5 star rating but Im not even gonna give them 1 star. But in... order to post u have too. plus they were rude . Pizza pipeline on 57th Bad attitudes. They got my order wrong twice an tookthe other pizza when the order was wrong an did it again to the pizza rating should have been free from the 1st order that waswrong so in reality it hold have Been 1st wrong order keep first pizza , call back an u get the right order but when u get the2nd pizza it's wrong as well never ordering from here again . Food was fantastic however, when I placed an online order for South Hill and arrived to pick it up I was told it would be about... 5 more minutes I waited in my car. When I noticed the driver coming to the lobby and towards the door with my order I went backin to collect my order and was told it wasn't cooked and the oven was broke. Not sure why it was boxed up if it wasn't cooked. Iwas told they didn't know how long it would take because the oven was broke so the manager finally appeared to give me a refundfor my online order. No apologies from the manager, no i'm sorry for your inconvenience. Granted it's not anyone's fault theoven is broken when I order food. I wasn't offered anything to compensate for the troubles. she did not offer suggestions forgetting my order filled at another location near by. I'm disappointed. I placed a new order at the Sullivan location and droveall the way back to that area of the valley where I just left to pick up my order from the south hill on my way out of town. Thecrew on Sullivan were kind enough to hear me out about my situation and informed me that the oven at south hill isn't reallybroken. I'm not sure what is really going on there but I feel like it could have been addressed in a better fashion. In some wayto make the customer feel they are valued and make them want to return. We moved back to Spokane and we're really excited to have Pizza Pipeline again. We ordered a Sampler no peppers. Our email... confirmation said that we ordered a sampler no peppers. We got a pizza that was half pineapple, half onion. None of themeat. We called to hopefully rectify the situation, just to be told that it was what we ordered. Sad. $32 wasted thanks.
