I was there to pick up a doordash order for someone and they didnt see the order until i walked in the door. It was a busy night... during the peak of dinner rush so they said was going to be at least 20 minutes before it would be done. I was not too happyabout that because time is money in this gig. I waited patiently,was rewarded generously with a complimentary lr 3 topping pizzacoupon for making me wait. That made me very happy!! Today around 7:45pm called the place and the Manager seems well aware of the insect problem at this location? it was disgusting... to see after taking a few bites that the pizza we doordashed was covered in ants. The manager said they can?t do anything aboutit cause then the employees would hit over time and it cost to much to hire a exterminator? after explaining she isn?t concernedand being very rude it was clear she was well aware of the insect problem but did not seem to care to fix it she hung up on us.!!!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! We placed our order at 5:20 pm at 6 pm the store called us to say that they were running behind and that our order was being... made now and should be here by 6:30 pm. She offered us a discount which we took. It was after 7:00 pm before we got our pizza,the driver said that they were very busy and just couldn?t keep up. So after waiting almost 2 hours for our food to arrive wego to eat and the order is just thrown together and a mess. We won?t order from this store again! Read more

Excellent gluten free pizza. Love their cheese and most of their toppings. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years at the... northside location. There has been some mishaps, but more often then not they get it right and its an excellent pizza! I'venever been sick (gluten intolerance) from this store/pizza chain. Read more
We ordered online from pizza pipeline a few hours in advance so we could go out and the pizza would just come for the... babysitter. We got a call from the sitter that only 2/4 items had been delivered and the cheese pizza was burnt so bad our kidsrefused to eat it. I called the store just to be disappointed again as the customer service was terrible and they refused togive me a time where they could complete our order. The babysitter ended up having to cook something else for the kids. This wasthe worst service I have ever seen in a delivery. Read more
Should have read the reviews before ordering from here. We live about 30 minutes away from pizza pipeline so I picked up on the... way home. Then got home and realized what one of our pizzas looked like. Let's just say I could have bought frozen pizza thatwould have looked better. It's a cheese pizza for my kids. Read more
