Service was horrible! I ordered online and it?s supposed to be contactless order, leave order at the door. Order was prepaid and... driver refused to leave the order at the door the first time he came. I watched him on my security camera and saw that he triedto call my phone, then he left after standing there for about 3 minutes with my order. Then he left and took my order with him!I called the store right away and whoever answered the phone said he doesn?t know why driver didn?t just leave the order at thedoor. He sent the driver to bring my order back to the house. 15 minutes later he arrived and again, knocked on my door andwaited for me to open the door before placing putting my order by my front door. I told him he?s supposed to leave the order atthe door, it?s a contactless order. He proceeded to argue with me and lecture me about the updating the phone number on myaccount. He stood there for another 3 minutes arguing while my dog was barking at him, before he finally left. FOOD WAS COLD bythen. Picked up a Large Handtossed Pizza tonight. Took a bite, and it tasted awful. Very little sauce, mushrooms and a few pieces of... ham on the PIzza.. The Pizza tasted like and old cardboard and the sauce was horrible.. This not the Pizza Hut I remembered fromyears ago. To be honest, The pizza was not fit for human consumption. This is ridiculous.... those are supposed to be breadsticks. I worked at the hut for years and there is no way we would let food... go out like this. No butter or seasoning on the breadsticks. Cheese sticks were mostly cheesed. Then the sauce... seriously noteven half a cup for 10 sticks! Based on all the times I've ordered from here they're going downhill and I likely won't comeback. The person who brought my curbside order out was not thrilled to be at his job and wouldn't even look me in the eyes whenI said thank you . This store needs big improvements. Read more
Here is my 8 piece wings that were delivered. Pizza missing toppings I was charged for. Reached out to management and was told... someone would be contacting me to make it right. Went to website to explain the situation to corporate. Got an email from thearea manager that someone would contact me. No one did. Emailed area manager back that I still haven?t been contacted over 2months now. No response. Read more
Pizza Hut is highly expensive and when I ask for a pepperoni pizza I expect more than 2 pieces of pepperoni a slice. This is... unreasonable and the last time I'll ever be going to pizza hut again. I've had previous experiences with cold, not fully cookedand burned food, twice the waiting time expected is also not an unreasonable accurance. Also WAY too much oil in most of theirproducts. We just moved up to this area and I almost didn't order from this Pizza Hut because of the bad reviews! But I took a chance and... everything was great! I ordered for delivery and it showed up 10 min early, the driver was very nice, and our pizza was exactlywhat I expected. My daughter ordered extra pineapple on hers and they didn't take that request lightly! Read more
Good pizza with a generous amount of toppings. Fast delivery of a hot pie is always a winner.
