I don't write reviews often, but wow. I've been coming to this specific location for the last ten years, and in the last year,... I've had such awful service that after today, I'm swearing this place off. Came in, ordered and paid at 6:11, 11/21/22. Watched4 other people come in after, order far more food than myself, and leave before me. Got my pizza at 6:45. Wrong size, buthonestly, I was so irritated I just left. I don't know who is managing this location as of the last year, but I urge you tobring in a secret shopper for your shifts, because this has been so discouraging to see. I have been trying to decide how to write this review. I wasn't really upset that my order wasn't quite right, Because they were... very understaffed and doggedly trying so hard to fill an overwhelming amount of orders. Three of the people who were there werebrand new and several employees had just not shown up that night. It was a tough situation. They could have closed the doors.They could have been rude. Instead they did their best to just keep going and turning out pizzas. I highly respect that theywere all doing the very best they could in a really rough situation. I always order ahead online because of all the coupon codes they send out. It's usually about 10 minutes late which is fine,... it's an estimate, but it's depressing as heck waiting in there. The customers are always impatient Karens. Just aim to be alittle late. Your pizza will be fine and the same if it sits for 10 minutes or not, you're cooking it yourself anyways. Read more

Best take and bake pizza place in the country. Service is quick and you can even order online or through their app and pick up... on your way home. Offers favorite selections like pepperoni os Ham and pineapple, but also others like Thai chicken. This is oneplace that never disappoints. Read more

Placed an online order and they gave the time of 4:28pm as a pick up time my wife went to pick it up and arrived there at 4:30... she waited there until 5:30 and still didn't have the pizzas ready and were rude to her when she went and asked how much longerit was going to be and they siad we lost your ticket so I'm just going to refund you. I feel like this is very unprofessionalof your staff instead of fixing their mistake right then and making it they essentially told the customer we screwed up butdon't feel like making it right so we will refund you so we don't have fix the issue. I rated PM's as a 5 star but unfortunately, I've lowered it to 2 stars due to their customer service tanking recently. Staff... does not acknowledge customers whatsoever. There's no direction when it comes to pick up orders and I had to wait for a saladthat was out but not with my order. When it is busy, all staff members keep their heads down while making pizzas and doing prepwork, completely ignoring the line out the door. And the website and app do not allow to add notes to make aware of allergiesand omitting toppings. When you call to add those notes to your order, you're met with short replies or as if they could careless. This has all been over the course of a year. WOW !! I had the best pizza I have ever had at any location before ! You guys ROCKED IT!! I ordered the garden veggies delight... and added chicken. OMG THE BEST PIZZA EVER! So full of topings and delicious ???? I would also like to say this store was veryCLEAN all employees where friendly happy and clean and neat in the uniform ????! Thats a BIG DEAL FOR ME !
