So I have been going to this North Division store for years and the newer employees I dealt with lately are terrible. They are... super slow. They don't wear hair nets and there was hair in my pizza. We went today (Halloween) for 2 take and bake pizzas and our order accidentally got bumped back creating twice as long of a wait... (an hour). The staff was very apologetic and kind and upgraded our pizza size and gave us a free cookie dough container. Wouldrecommend and appreciated their making it right! Read more

Did. Online order said puck up at 545 p i had to wait until 610 to get it no apologize nothing. Someych for your quick pickup... almost an hour and i was not the only customer and there was 6 peopke working. Read more

Not sure why I go to this papas ! I was a walk in had to wait almost 10 min. To order with one person ahead of me. The cashier... took a phone call headed to the back room ? Finally time to order he said 15 mins my order would be done. I left went fredsmeyers was back in 10 mins. Stood there for another 24 mins for my 2 Pizzas to be done ! One pizza was a cheese and olive 15sliced olives and on the whole pizza you could see sauce in other words hardly any cheese. The other pizza was all meat almostan 1 1/2 all around sauce but no meat the meat was thin picking also. So a total of 45 mins fir 2 uncooked Pizzas! Alot of talkand not much making Pizzas. I usually don't like to post poor service but next time I'll drive a little farther and have betterservice with the standard amount of toppings.i payed $33.00. For both pizzas. Read more

Not my first time or my last time going to a Papa Murphy's, they have very good quality food, no matter the type, pizza, salad,... desert, etc. Even when being told they're out of a certain thing they will go look for a few minutes to make sure they'reactually out, and they sometimes come up with that missing item you wanted. Very nice workers, making sure they give you theright thing before you leave the building, double checking before they put stuff on the pizza you ordered which is always nice. Read more

The gal who made my pizza tonight (at Wandermere area) made one of the best Papa Murphy's I've had so far! And I've been a... customer for quite a while. She not only made stellar pizza but she alone took my order, the next 5 orders, answered the phone,and completed making all pizzas....by herself. I wish I had her name but she deserves mad props for a job well done???? Read more

Gourmet garlic chicken pizza on Tuesday 14.00. Great deal. Add a little bbq sauce and it's fantastic.
