I showed up on time for my online order. I waited 30 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and I was told it would be... an additional 15 minutes until my order would be ready because they stated they fill in store orders before online. 10 peoplehad come in while I was waiting and they all got their orders filled before my online order, which doesn?t make sense. I askedif there was anything they could do for me and they said no. I asked for a refund and they said they would put the request onthe managers desk. Worst customer service ever! Ordered on line. Got thier on time Seamed short staffed. So I continue to wait as they filled 13 orders that came in after I... told them I had an online order. The Manger kept moving orders to the back of the line. Told them to cancel my order she said itwould be 3 weeks before I would get my money back. My Pizzas are all wonky. The crust is larger on one side. Cooks weird. The ingredients are not spread out equally. We have to... practically remake the thing. I like there product but they just were not on their game today. My online order supposedly didn't go through. Then the manager... said he would get it right out Then went to the back. Never said a word to the crew. So after a bit I asked the crew and theymade it for me. They did a great job. The biggest problem was I was not alone.
