I don't know what they're food is like, it's probably bad. The reason I'm giving them a bad review is because I accidentally... applied to this location, and they've called me FIFTEEN TIMES. they didn't even leave voice mails for most of them! I had toblock their number. It's creepy. A message to Amy from recruitment: if you want people to work for you, it's a really bad ideato come off as super super desperate. Is this place a scam or an actual business? My order was canceled 30 minutes after I got the confirmation email. I tried to find... out what happened and the person at the local store was super unfriendly and just kept telling me I'd get my money back and thatI could "contact the help desk" if we don't like that it's canceled. I said that we have ordered here many times through the appand it was a weird experience, especially when we already spent 30 minutes thinking dinner was on the way. The person at thelocal store just told me "you're not in my system, contact the help desk" in a wooden voice and then hung up. I then spent over40 minutes trying to speak with someone in customer service. This outside answering service kept answering when I tried to callthe local number back; and said the local store itself had canceled it, but they don't have any information about why, and Ishouldn't worry because if my card was charged I will get my money back. I got no email saying the order was canceled, and itwill take 3-5 business days for the $50 refund according to the answering service. This whole experience was so strange andunpleasant and I don't understand why everyone sounded angry on the Papa John's end. Also, there is literally no way to givefeedback through the app once the store cancels the order, no "help desk" that I could uncover. I finally gave up after thelocal store hung up on me more than once. I will probably never order from here again. Terribly negative experience with noexplanation, for no reason I could find. We try to be generous and tip at least 25% every time. I wasn't even angry or demandinga refund, I just wanted to understand what happened & to eat dinner. So strange. :( Order was placed 3 hours before itclosed...so it couldn't have been too close to closing. I'll be deleting the official PJ app for sure. Read more

I made an online order for a pizza. The tracker they had said the pizza would be ready in 89-99 minutes. That news was kind of a... bummer but the times being what they are in now, most businesses are short staffed so I thought nothing more of it. I show up 80minutes later. Good news. The pizza was ready. Bad news. The pizza was cold. I bring the misgivings up to the workers and waslooked at as if I was the dumb one. I mean I wasn't asking for a refund but a remake would have been nice. In the end, since thepizza was already paid for, I reluctantly took it and set sail for home, a very disappointed customer. That being said, I wouldhighly recommend getting pizza from any other place. Read more

Ordered carry out and delivery on different occasions. When I went to get my carry out an hour and a half after I ordered it... which was the estimated time it would be done I was told it would be another hour for it to even be cooked. Then I ordereddelivery afew months later and was called 20 min after ordering and was told they didn't have the staff to fill and deliver myorder so they had to refund me. So I went to go place an order and they called like right away. A guy named Ed was great help and friendly letting me know they... were understaffed tonight with my good buzz going on. Are you kidding me??? Ordered pizza salad and 2 liter. Driver delivered pizza and Pepsi to wrong address. Just left it on the... porch. I walked over and grabbed it. No salad. When she delivered my salad- the plastic popped from the pressure at which pointI noticed the expiration date was 2 days ago! Read more

The only thing worse than the food is being offered a refund or coupons and not receiving it. Got my order wrong, and the food... was gross. I gave it away to someone starving in the street because it made me mad trying to eat the poorly made pizza, but itmade that persons day. Read more

Completely raw pizza sent to me. Absolutely inedible. As someone who has managed a pizzeria this must be a noob on the pizza... oven because it?s impossible to miss a completely raw pizza. It stuck to the paddle and got deformed it was so raw. With so manypizza places it?s likely I?ll never be ordering from here again. Read more
