Going to start out with saying; Night-shift is night-shift and you're always gonna get lazy "I don't wanna be here"/"I showed up... drunk lmao" quality but that's everywhere. I always go during the day due to that fact and today there was a wonderful girlworking SOLO since what I'm assuming was opening, which in a busy mall, is a daunting task. She had everything stocked, fresh,and cleaned; and had amazing customer service, even when dealing with customers complaining their food wasn't 'saucy' enough (weknow the types who take advantage of solo workers to get free stuff; personally everything on the line looked better than mostPanda Express' I've gone to) I don't know if these reviews do anything (and I know it totally looks like I'm advertising) but assomeone who has managed three fast food businesses, that was a textbook example of how to deal with entitled and rude customerswhile maintaining a friendly and efficient work environment, if I could give more stars I would. Did an online order and made the mistake to have it made at 5:30 instead of 5:00. I called them to see if they could change the... time and without hesitating they said they would.
