Overcharged $7.90 for bowl which was not received. Only bought 2 bowls and 1 plate. Not good customer service -- only wanted... an extra item added to a bowl.... They made a good profit on our visit in the storm. Read more

Ordered food online. Was not ready when I arrived on time. Had several employees make eye contact but had to waive someone... down to be told they did not have my order. Showed them the email order and they looked at me like a deer in head lights. Repeated to an employee and the manager 5 times that I just wanted a refund and they kept pushing to make the food. Need towait 5 days to get a refund and the manager thought that was funny. Too bad you went from mistake to poor customer service realfast. Read more
Do not eat at this place! It is not the cleanest! I saw raw chicken sitting under fryer warm slimy uncooked but I ate the orange... chicken and got food poisoning as did my roommate. Should of known when I saw the raw chicken. Called store left voicemail butno return call. Read more
I order catering twice a week from this panda specifically spending hundreds every time. You would expect them to have your... order correct, utensils, sauces, and fortune cookies as requested prior to giving me my order. Asking them on spot for fortunecookies and sauces I get a response of their employee rolling their eyes at me saying they out of everything without the effortof even going back in to check. Maybe it is time to bring my business elsewhere. Read more
Food was okay. We got pulled forward, which I expected, and was told 6 to 7 minutes. Around 15 minutes later I go in,... something I was NOT pulled forward for was now out and waiting for that. Took over 20 minutes. Please teach your employees toset clear expectations. Under Promise and Over deliver. I would have been okay if clear expectations would have been set. Read more

I guess I just expect for the food to be hot when I get it. Orange chicken was half sauced, noodles were all cold and dry, the... filling in the Rangoons was almost liquid. This place had always been hit or miss with quality, I guess Friday afternoon is amiss. Read more
