For a fast food noodle place, the flavor is fantastic! Small menu, everything cooked to order, comfortable booths and perfect... for kids. We got a small teriyaki beef rice bowl (perfect portion size for a quick lunch), a large teriyaki chicken bowl (mydaughter couldn't finish), and the large chicken yakisoba noodle bowl (my son devoured it). I like the food and the staff is nice, but they will leave you on hold for 10+ mins or just hang up on you when you try to call... in an order for pickup. When I'm at work I can't order online for lunch due to the nature of my work, I would love to be able tocall my order in but they won't answer or they just leave you on hold until you give up. Was hungry for some chicken broth with noodles so I gave Noodle Express a try. I ordered their Chicken Miso soup with Udon... Noodles and let me just say, it hit the spot. I even had them had their level 3 spice and it was the perfect spice to clear upmy sinuses. It was so good I ordered more the following day for lunch. The service was fast and friendly. The food is affordably priced with generous portions, I can never make up my mind on whether... I want a rice bowl or noodle bowl and they told me I could get half and half, let me tell ya it was a game changer. Their foodis always delicious and you know they make everything fresh because you see ginger fibers in every bowl. Read more

Didn't actually get any food. Tried to order delivery, when I didn't add the tip to the order I was denied delivery. I wanted... to give the tip in cash, cuz it was bigger than the $3.89 they were asking for. Plus, I may be old school, but tipping beforeyou get service doesn't make since to me. Read more
