So I will say upon coming in it seemed nice, staff seemed friendly. We were greeted right away our order was taken. I messed up... my own part of the food order and they corrected it for free which was totally awesome. The reason I gave a 2 start review isbecause my you could say my child wears a bit of more alternative style. Darker clothing, Mohawk and nose piercing. I myselfhave facial piercings and so does my boyfriend but wear more normal clothes. We caught the staff pointing at my teenage childand saying things. My child made eye contact with one of the employees who turned around quickly and dipped into the back. I getyoung staff but to literally single out someone who looks different, pointing at them and talking about them until they feellooking at you is down right rude. So my family grabbed what we bought and left. I don't think I will return either as this isnot tue first time this has happened. We order from NE around twice a month and have had only positive experiences! We had a miscommunication about one order, but... when I called the staff was eager to make it right. Great noodle bowls and potstickers with excellent customer service makethis one of my favorite takeout spots! Read more

Really not very impressed. It's mediocre food court food at best. There is really limited choices of food or ability to... customize. More than half the menu is rice dishes. Noodles are lacking in texture and substance. Veggies don't have a crispnessor freshness. The place was really understaffed. The place is clean, the people were nice and service was fast enough butthat's about all the good I can say about it. It's priced way above what it offers. It hits a certain craving that is difficultto meet in Spokane but I would not recommend it in the slightest. Read more

Ordered pick up. Told them I was there in lobby. Never called my name. Asked about the food, said it was still being worked on.... Half an hour later asked again, and they picked up a bag that have been sitting on the counter for the past 30 minutes andhanded it to me. If nothing else they're super disorganized. Read more
