Always good soft serve ice cream always good big Macs can never go wrong with nuggets they haven't been cold in years McDonalds... has been nailing it with that app too great deals rewards and savings :) with gas prices it's very helpful for saving moneycause well you gotta eat and it's not exactly a great idea or every easy to choose what kind of meat to pack along with you ifyour out and about in this heat and can't make it home to eat and you really can't go wrong here Read more
The staff ignores me when i stand at the counter waiting to be serviced. I have waited up to 10 minutes and watched the staff... walking towards the window counter seen them look at me and than turn their back on me and go away. I have walked out afterwaiting to be serviced but not gotten any service. I got a lemonade icey and the inside of the cup had a white residue on it.This has happened 2 times so far. Before when i order the watermelon strawberry icey it didnt have the residue in the cup. Ifeel like they do not want me as a customer. Read more
Ok so one of us has an allergy to onion they dragged onion onto her burger on her qpc mine was pink to were I couldn't eat it... fries sat in heat lamp to long and they still pushed them onto customers and so a dinner for 3 turned into a dinner for one thekid I won't return to this mcds I think is we want mcds we'll go to the south hill location it's by far what I'm looking for infast food service Read more
Employees were very nice and had a great attitude and sense of humor. Unlike other places you fo where Employees are rude and... only collecting a pay check and not trying wanting to do anything else but outside of duties. Read more
They rushed me when I was trying to look over the order. I work in the service industry I understand speed of service times,... that being said I also understand it's important to have someone with at least decent customer relations in the position oftalking to the customer. I know that can be hard sometimes with the current job market but I definitely want impressed with mylast visit at this location. I'll do a follow up review on my next experience. Read more
Okay let's talk McDonalds when a person goes to McDonalds what do you expect? You come to expect great things from McDonald's in... the past they're getting lower marks because of customer service well this time I give this McDonalds five stars not onlybecause of their customer service. Now the bathroom is extremely clean. The doorways are extremely clean. The inside of therestaurant is absolutely fabulous me clean. Tiffany was my server excellent cashier excellent attitude and then mystical andhe's one of the managers great attitude. Now I can mend this entire team on putting the T back in team. This restaurant deservesall of your business thanks in part to its leader he leads by example. That's why I'm talking none other than Tony the generalmanager. The general manager has a lot of work to do in the community not only by running his restaurant. But also by directionof its employees this particular meaning by example and that is a true McDonald's manager. So if you guys ever come to SpokaneWashington you got to join them right here at this McDonald's it is a perfect McDonalds and it is commercial ready.
