Refused to take an order unless it was through Doordash or Uber eats. Really inconvenient when you only have cash. So after... basically doubling the price though this scam the food was stale the fries were soggy and cold. Once saw an employee eat three of my nuggets before giving them to me. Another time a friend had asked for a burger without... onions and it still had onions. The mem about the ice cream machine? Always true here. Has to be the worst location in Spokaneand I know the manager doesn?t even care about it. Terrifying, really. The wait is thirty minutes, minimum. This McDonald's is the worse one 1 have ever been to! Every order has been messed up (even the simplest orders), a couple times... they have 4gotten part of my orders & then got very rude & belligerent with me, and the worst part is that it's a fast foodrestaurant but yet when they get busy (to them that's any more than 4 or 5 customers) they rudely shut down the walk up windowwith customers still standing there with no explanation & cannot seem to be able to handle too many customers at a time.ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!! Absolutely disgusting...I hardly ever eat McDonald's but it sounded good tonight so I ordered a quarter pounder meal for... delivery... food came nice and warm but when I took I bite of the burger i discovered it was uncooked. I got a refund thru ddbut I still wanted to call and let the manager know and she told me "In sorry it's just been real hectic" Ok so you send outuncooked food because it's busy?
