I ordered using the app and only waited a couple minutes before it was brought to me in the freezing cold by a smile wearing... employee. I'll be back for sure. Food was standard McDonald's fare. Today is November 30th and we have about 5 inches of snow. I went to the drive threw this morning about 730am and there was only... TWO....I REPEAT....ONLY 2 employees working this McDonald's!!!!! Everyone else called off. I need to add, that despite only twoemployees they were seriously faster today then when they're fully staffed. Whoever the man working the window and the otheremployee are.......they deserve a raise or something!!!!!! That is a good work ethic. Read more
Every single time I deliver food during a graveyard shift this store suffers on production as well as communication. Morning... afternoon evening these guys run smooth as can be. Graveyards everything falls apart they can only focus on one order at a timeand I don't even know how they do that honestly. If the fares weren't so great I wouldn't even consider touching that place everduring a graveyard shift. Tonight took me an hour and 16 minutes most of which they couldn't see because of computer update.Professionalism on their end went straight out the window. I don't know how it is every single time that I come in during thisshift I dread it because these guys fall apart time and time again but only for graveyard. The guy working at the counter (older man, small build, tannish skin) was very rude and irritated that I didn't want to use the... self-order screen. I also saw him be rude to two other customers. H was also rude to my mother when she ordered separately fromme. He didn't nicely ask anyone to use the self-order screen. He was rude to everybody about it and seemed mad that he then hadto ring up the order himself. Once I received my food my sandwich was close to room temperature and my fries were cold too. Ialso ordered a chocolate shake and they gave me a vanilla shake that had some fudge pumped into the bottom of it instead of justsaying they were out of chocolate. Terrible service went through during the night and dude at the window mostly ignored us, asked for extra sauce and he told us no... basically, didn?t give us any straws. Found a hair from one of the workers who didn?t have their hair up in my fries, fries werestale and tasted like trash. Ordered a crispy chicken and the meat was so old it was almost cold, barely any sauce or veggies onit even though I ordered extra. Honestly don?t recommend or just don?t go there during their graveyard shift. Read more
The nice thing about the McDonald's chain is that you know exactly what to expect. The standardization across stores is... impressive. That's why when this store gave me dried out buns and a cool hamburger patty that couldn't melt my cheese that Iknew these guys aren't doing something right. I would normally shrug my shoulders and keep my mouth shut but the enormous amountof flies in this place hints that the public could benefit if this place received some attention from higher authorities. Wewere swatting at numerous flies through the meal and that called our attention to just how many there were in the kitchen! I'veseen less flies at a dairy farm... I write this in the hopes of McDonald's upping their game and helping to better thisparticular restaurant, not out of spite or malice. Read more
I?ve worked customer service jobs for several years, and typically I?m super easy going and would never consider writing a... review or making a complaint because I understand how stressful it can be and that accidents happen. But no matter howstressful, if a mistake is made on your end, you should offer to correct the error and be polite about it. My order was wrongand they didn?t offer to fix it for me at all. Said sorry in a rude tone and that was it. I was very nice about the way Ipresented the issue, too. So this is bull. ???? Read more
I go to mcDonalds every day sometimes twice daily for a lg ice cream cone and this location is by far the saddest the cones are... messy and nearly the size of a children's ice cream cone. I thought maybe it was just the one day maybe just a certain lazyemployee but it's every time iv gone to this location is a complete waste of money buying this particular item.
