It's your basic McDonald's experience. Going inside will take about 30 min to get your order so don't bother. Sitting in your... car outside will take about 20 min, and going through the drive thru will take 10 min. The food is average for a McDonald's soif you special order then be prepared to take back your food for a redux. We've visited this particular McDonald's 5 times inthe past month and had this same experience 3 out of 5 times. Really learned our lesson about going inside as they will ignoreyou. I counted 22 cars getting their order before I got mine and I ordered with their app and just went in to pick it up. Read more
I don't understand why employees make so much per hour and can never get it right. We through a drive thru for many reasons but... one being we are trying to get something quickly so we can move to the next thing. As the line moved fast the order wascompletely wrong he even repeated it to me as he handed me the bag! I ordered a sausage mcmuffin no muffin and an extra hashbrown and received 2 sausage mcmuffins! So frustrating it's not that hard people! So if mine was wrong then so was the nextperson's. It only take a second to double check. Read more
This is hands-down the best McDonald?s restaurant in the Spokane area. It is modern, has spacious seating area, lots of parking,... and fast and friendly service. The food was very fresh and came to the front quicker than I expected. Thank you for a goodfamily-dining experience. Read more

The food quality is going shorter and less and thinner. How I wish kids these days and adults working in these environments... would smile be happy and appreciate their job and their customers. Because after all we are the ones paying the wages every timewe go through the drive-through or go in with our families.Saying what's up bro to me is very disrespectful. Many visits to this McDonald's location have resulted in incorrect orders. This specific visit took the cake though. Both drinks... we ordered were incorrect, our happy meal came without a toy (it's literally the only reason we go), and in the drive thru wewere asked to please wait before ordering and then they proceeded to take 2 cars orders in the other line ahead of us. Every time we come here, they forget items and it?s always poor quality Food. The people there are not nice and the food is... always rough and always missing items. I?m really tired of paying money and then not getting my head was when I get home. Read more
