This McDonald's was better before the remodeling. I went last week ordered a cheeseburger and well done fries. Cheeseburger was... barely warm. Fries were great! I went this week. ALMOST SAME EXACT SCENARIO. Oh but this time the burger had all the nastycrispy stuff from not scraping the grill....and barely warm. They had me park in a spot. Was visiting Spokane from Canada...a few first's for me at a McDonald's hearing employee's swearing and yelling in the back for... one??? usually McDonalds is pretty professional. Employees acting very unprofessional and fraternizing out in the lobby areawith other people/friends visiting...also they didn't have several items on the menu board to order...I had already placed anorder at the kiosk...oh sorry we don't have those items available...Usually at McDonalds they have every item on the menuavailable to order... Wanted to stop and see the newly renovated McDonalds.????. It was awful. Staff was rude. I ask for a sausage and egg biscuit... sandwich and got a biscuit sandwich with no eggs on it. I ask for butter and jam. The butter was so cold and hard that I had tothrow it away because it never did melt enough to spread.The restaurant was cold. Seriously. And the new interior is cold. Came thru drive thru today. Waited 5 min in line. When I got to the window, we were asked to park in the wait area. Sat there... another 5 min. Had ordered a Big Mac, a cheese burger and 2 small fries. Burgers were ice cold. Fries were hot. Read more
Slowest and rudest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Waited almost 20 minutes for my 2 meals the other day. Was told to pull ahead... to wait for my meal, watched 9/10 cars behind me get their food and drive off. Yes I counted. When I finally got my food, one ofthe meals was missing. When I asked where it was, the guy said ?I dunno dude?. Then when they finally brought it out, the girlwas anything but friendly. Acted as though I was an inconvenience. Not an ounce of friendliness and no apology. She acted verycold towards me. Definitely won?t be back at this location. Read more
Remodel didn't help. Just as poor of service as before. Incompetence at its max. I was in the middle of an order and was ignored... or forgotten. 3 cars in the other lane moved ahead as I am waiting for them to take the rest of my order. For context, we got tothe point of me ordering a burger. It pops up on the screen and I'm waiting for her to take my drink order and to see if I wantanything else. I sat there. After the 3 cars drove by, I asked if "anyone was there".....no answer. I drove off. Not comingback. Read more
I'm not usually one to condone or encourage McDonald's but this place impressed me largely not only did they put this building... up fast but they also cleaned up the area and have their drive-thru running with a blink of an eye the wife and I went throughthe drive-thru everything was hot ready and on point I got chicken nuggets they tasted just like they did when I was a child Read more
