Casino dealers are great and nice but stay away. Way too many decks in blackjack, odds are bad. Blackjack is said to be a 51... house 49 player but in my many visits the odds here are far less. It's more like 75 house 25 player. I got 200 and won two handsbetting 10. Forget that side bet its not just a losing bet but borderline scam bet. I've donated thousands here and may have wona couple hundred and I walk away when up but out of my dozens of visits have only been up a couple times. Stay away. Zeroloyalty players card, reward or comps. At least at northern quest I get comps when I lose. Take the extra drive to NQ and stayaway from lilac lanes casino unless all you care about are friendly dealers. I tooka couple week break and came back tonight andwon three hands was it and a couple matches. Probably bet over hundred on the side bet and may have won twenty.house always winsI know that but you should win a couple hands while doing so. This place is just not good. I keep saying I won't go back, gaveit another chance and will not be going back. I know they don't care but they should care about losing a regular. there's areason why it's dead everything I go. I've been bowling here a few times now and I definitely recommend this place. It's still a family friendly place, but it's cool... that you can get drinks as well. Although don't expect much from their "casino." They do have a decent amount of food optionstoo, but the food isn't anything special (good enough to clench your hunger for the night). Machines and facility is kept ingood shape, but some of the balls are a bit dinged up (still at the normal level of wear and tear though). Their music choice isgood too, featuring a lot more from early 2000s to modern day music (especially during their cosmic bowling when the majority ofcustomers are younger). Called Wednesday the week before we planned my sons birthday to ask about lanes for a Sunday afternoon, was told leagues come in... and that they only take up half of the lanes and we should be fine to just call a half hour ahead so they could save some lanesbut they won?t reserve. Called half hour before entire family was to be there and was told they are full for the night and thata company party reserved. Had to call all my family last minute to re arrange. Very inconvenient and unprofessional to statethey don?t reserve but did anyways. Read more
