Ordered through the drive thru two nights ago. Order completely wrong. Now, I have been trying to call to speak to a manager at... this location for 3 hours. Their phone must be off the hook. I have received busy signals constantly for three hours straight!!I really don?t want to have to drive up to 29th Street to speak to a Manager!! Absolutely disgusted with this location?s serviceand quality of food!! DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION!! I will drive up and will change review if something goodcomes from seeing the manager in person. Probably not going to happen since all other reviews are horrendous!! I patiently waited for drive thru to open. I would've went in but I had two kids in the car with me. Despite being told their... morning was a ruff start I was still patient with waiting for my food. I saw the girl bring the bag but sat it down instead ofpassing it out the window. Eventually someone who was digging her arm in the sweet tea container came over, made our drinks andthen passed them out followed by the food. at me just say never will I be back! My first bite was a COLD thighs. Good thing Ididn't go too far from the parking lot because I flipped my other chickens over and they were mushy raw battered. I bout threwup. When I went back in and stated I'm not sure why anyone would even pass something put like that, a young rude boy walked upgreeted me with "what's up". I mentioned the same thing to him and with the most annoyed looked on his face stated well I'lljust get you another one. While he's fixing the other one, I was certain to watch since at this point I just didn't trust myfood being made. While I'm taking my babies fries out the box, the rude worker goes to pulling the box as I'm literally gettingmy babies fries out that I poured in the box! Lord knows I can't stand rude people and I almost gave him a dose of his ownmedicine. If you can't cook food correctly, and not show your passed because you screwed up then take a walk and try again. The biscuits were dryer than than the Sahara desert and harder than tungsten. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting under... a heat lamp for the whole day. In addition to that they also forgot to give us our cookies which made me very sad. Overall I amvery disappointed in the meal. Read more
Over the last four and a half years we've gone to this location a little over 60 times. Yeah love KFC food. Of all of those... times they've gotten our order correct three times total. Unless you order exactly what the menu says one mashed potato onecoleslaw and one mashed potato they will mess up your order. Read more
Mediocre food for a very high price. Their original recipe isn't even fried and they charge more for what should be the original... recipe but is "extra crispy" So that's a joke. And they forgot two of our sides- we called and said we'd have to go pick themup. We asked for a refund because seriously what a hassle THEY caused in the first place. Ordered one meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and got a few fries instead. Then the other meal should have been extra crispy... breast but you see it has no skin on it. Very disappointed!! Also ordered a 1/2 gallon of lemonade and they gave me a large aswell as only one drink with my meals instead of two. Get it together kfc Read more
Lady wouldn't take order, drove up to the window and she was on the phone, when I made eye contact with her she ran to the back.... This was within store hours. I left. Read more
