I love the chicken pot pies. They are excellent. Can't believe there almost 8 bucks, but whatever.
The people working there were really nice, but unfortunately the quality was so bad, my wife and I couldn't finish it and threw... it away and decided not to go there anymore. The tenders we got, we were told, needed 7min to be cooked, so we left drive thruand pulled around front. The tenders we got were so dry and reheated like they were day old gas station food, so not sure whatwe waited 7 min for, because they definitely were not fresh. The potatoes weren't even mixed. We know it's just rehydrateflakes, but the dry flakes filled 1/4 of the bowl. The biscuits were dry and crunchy. I didn't remember the cookie being thisbad before, but I had to spit it out. The coleslaw wasn't bad though. Either way, I'll stick with Safeway/Albertsons chickenbefore ever going back to KFC. Read more
I've never been a huge fan of KFC mainly because fried chicken shouldn't cost so damn much. Went here today to try the KFC spicy... mac and cheese bowl. The chicken they topped the mac and cheese with seemed was so crunchy and salty it was inedible. It had tobe sitting under a lamp for quite a while. The mash potatoes were good as always but the portion size for a regular seemed like4oz damn 3 bites and it's gone. The highlight of the visit was the orange Mountain Dew! Read more

This particular KFC has always been well managed and had a great staff until lately. The last Sunday we ate at this KFC, before... Thanksgiving weekend, it was totally opposite. The food was good and enjoyable. We had to wait to order (we were the onlyguests in the business). The shift manager finally said that someone would be with us soon. We waited while noticing that therewere 3 teenagers doing nothing and another working the window. The music playing was not enjoyable. One teen finally walked upand did graciously take our order. We filled our drinking cups and sat down and waited. Another couple walked in and ordered.The couple called out to us saying that there was a food order on the counter and it must be ours as there was no one else inthe restaurant. My husband picked up the order. I returned to the counter to ask for sauce. I waited for some one to approach.One staff member was sweeping and lean her broom against the wall with the dirt on the floor. I finally received 2 sauce. I satdown. My husband went to the counter to ask for a butter packet. He waited. He called out a loud questioning hello to the back.Someone finally assisted him after that staff member broke away from the laughing teen group standing in the back. We finishedeating listening to lousy music. Not once did we see anyone wash their hands.
