My family has eaten here a few times, now, and each time the food has been delicious! The ingredients are so fresh and the... sandwiches are stuffed. There was one time a mistake was made with our order (which I can imagine is bound to happen at a busyrestaurant), and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. We don?t even live near this particular location, but Iwill go out of my way to visit this one for sure because of all the Jimmy John?s I have gone to this one had the best tastingand freshest ingredients. My sandwich took over 45 mintues to deliver when my location is less than 10 mintues away. It took up my entire lunch break. So... I didn't get eat. Freaky fast? Freakishly slow. A coworker went and picked up their sandwich and got be for me. They confirmedthe store was slow. There was no reason for this. Don't get it delivered you'll never get it. Read more
Gotta love when you order a sandwich with 2x extra peppers and it comes with maybe 5 small pieces on a giant sub ???? cheap... losers, paid nearly $30 and can't even get what I ordered. Also can't seem to wrap giant sub halves separately even after youask repeatedly and offer to pay xtra. Happens repeatedly at this location when you order delivery. Read more

I placed an order at 4:45pm for delivery. Order arrived at 5:20pm, but with missing items and a partially incorrect order. I... called back right away to notify the store that items were missing. Delivery is always very quick and the food is amazing! I have been ordering from them for awhile and they have never made any... errors. The food preparation is always very neat and they always put in extra napkins and straws! Excellent customer service aswell! Read more
This a great sandwich shop! Delivery drivers are prompt and give great customer service. Called with a comment tonight and the... manager took care of the problem immediately. Within minutes a replacement was delivered. It was fresh and matched theoriginal order perfectly. Each sandwich is loaded with meats and vegetables and always wrapped with a seal.
