We've had nothing but good experiences with this location through the years. Nothing to complain about - always freaky fast... delivery too! In fact, the other night we ordered from them again - and this time it took longer than normal (which is veryunlike them). Well, before I even had a chance to call the store - I was called by the manager and told that two people hadcalled in that night and there was only one driver. We completely understood, and were very happy he had taken the time to callus and explain/apologize. Can't say enough about this location and the management. Amazing people! Oh - and when the order gothere (albeit a bit late of course), the manager had included a free Sprite even though we didn't ask for anything. We are VERYLOYAL customers of this place! There's not much around that has better management than this. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you've notever tried them yet. You'll probably discover a new 'go to' like we did years ago! Read more
Okay staff, message received. JJ isn't paying enough for you to send me what I ordered. This reflects the business, not you. My... wife and I got sandwiches with about half the toppings/value we ordered. Lesson learned, stop ordering from Jimmy John's. I'mstarving, so I'm still going to eat the other half of my sub now.
