I've gotten food here 2x and was not disappointed both times. The first time was an online order for delivery which was... delivered in a timely manner and the second time I went in and stood in line for about 10 minutes but that is because they werebusy and the people ahead of me ordered multiple sandwiches . We have been here several times in the last few months because the subs are so good! I wont set foot in a subway or Jimmy's... after having sandwiches from Mike's. They slice the meat to order, and the bread is the perfect density and doesn't get soggywhile you eat. They have peperoncini!!!! Which I LOVE because I can't stand the mushy peppers at jimmy johns. I see alot of badreviews from people about waiting for orders; obviously they are almost ALWAYS slammed because the sandwiches are so tasty! I've always gotten great friendly service at wvery visit though, and never felt the need to have my arrival acknowledgedimmediately because I can see how focused everyone is on fixing orders! What I especially like about the crew is that they staycalm and collected with a line out the door of eat in customers and a cluster or online pickup customers waiting around staringat them. Even on my last visit on Sunday afternoon with the restaurant packed with customers, I waited only a few minutes pastmy expected pick up time and was thanked and wished well by at least 3 employees at the counter. Putting in the online order is easy. Placed the order an hour before going into the actual store. Walked in the store. Not a... single worker looked up to greet me. Everyone off in their own world. Nobody working as a team. Where is the management? Greatfood. Horrendous service. Placed my order an hour ago online just to arrive to the store and be completely ignored. They hadmade my hot sandwich and had it sitting on the rack getting cold. They hadn't even started to make my cold sandwich yet afterwaiting for about 10 more minutes. Very backasswards IMO. Don?t bother calling in or placing an order online. It?s faster to walk in and order. I placed a pickup 45 min ago. I?ve been... waiting 20 min past the pick up time. People walking in and ordering are walking about before me. Complete joke. Read more
Haven?t even eaten my sandwich but I had to post a review . When I buy chips and a drink for 3 dollars and change you?d expect a... normal bad of chips . Instead it like the snack size a kid would bring to lunch . What in the world. Sandwich was drenched inoil when no where did it say so . And the chips disappointed me before I got anywhere . So I loved the food and the guy that made my sandwich did a great job!! He was the shorter white guy and he was very informative... and took his time to really made our sandwich how we wanted. The reason you lost two stars on my review is the other 3 employeesthat were working. They were basically just standing around watching him make the sandwiches and not helping, it seemed veryrude and lazy!! I definitely think the older shorter guy needs a raise and the younger staff needs some customer servicetraining!! Read more
First, I am thrilled that this location had gluten free. We will eat at Jersey Mike's because it is one of the few places to... offer a gluten free sub. There were five staff members and I had to repeat my order multiple times. They still struggled to getit correct. Masks can make it difficult, but they did repeat my order back to me only to have a different technician build thesub. The next technician had ask again for each sandwich. Read more
Was on our way back into town after a 6 hour car ride. Ordered food a half hr before we hit town thinking that would he plenty... of time. Nope showed up and got told it hasn't been started and waiting on bread. Order would take a half hour. Like seriously.It takes a hr to order a few subs.
