Yeah well I've been around this store since it and Target were first built but never really went to it until recently for the... lols sake essentially. I usually don't eat out but thought I'd try the order pickup one day and it was extremely fast, and alsoreally good. It's probably my favorite now and is always a great pick-me-up fun thing to do. Where too begin, the employees where very disorganized and 1 particular employee was more focused on his conversation with his... friend then getting orders out. Also there was no side of the chili pepper sauce that we had requested but instead put on thesub and it was drowned in oil and vinegar as well. First time at a Jersey Mike's it will be the last. Four people were working 2 males and 2 females. The problem was the male who... wasn't wearing glasses. He definitely had a chip on his shoulder. I will say it was entertaining watching him throw his tempertantrum but his co-workers were visibly annoyed with his antics. The sandwich was good but that employee needs customer servicetraining! First time here, ordered the 26 ( chicken bacon ranch ) and it was extremely tasty . I would say a tad more expensive then other... sub places but it is completely worth it. Place was clean and orderly. Nice, professional, proper as well as informativeemployees. I will be coming back! I do hope I enjoy the same team that was working 3-17-22 from 1:40 to 2 pm cause damn they arewonderful. Read more

Always like the food. Ordered online through the app was very easy. I did wait 20 min past the time it was meant to be ready. I... should have been able to walk in at the designated time and collect my order from the table near the door. I went in at thattime and was not greeted or acknowledge in any way. Looked to the table where pick up orders should be and my order was notthere. I stepped near the counter facing 3 employees none of them addressing me so I stood back and let other people approachthe counter, they were asked what the name on The order was and we're handed the order over the counter. I left and came back afew minutes later because too many people were stepping in. I stood outside waiting for my order to be placed on the table.After nearly 20 min past my scheduled pick up I went back in and still no acknowledgement Even after approaching the counter soI stood back again. A customer went to the counter and was asked the name on the order and again was handed the order. I couldsee a bag on the back counter and it turned out to be my bag and I found this out when I e of the employees picked it up andbrought it to the table for people to pick up. I really felt invisible. Also asked for names on each sandwich and they only havenumbers. I have to refer to the menu to sort out who ordered what. Not going to open a sandwich not meant for me to have alook-see. Read more
I have ordered several times over the past couple weeks and my orders have been wrong multiple times. I asked for a refund on my... last order through my online order portal and they said i have to go to the store again to personally get a refund. I dont havetime to waste with your attempt to refuse my refund by making this process annoying. I will just stop ordering. Thanks Read more
